Abstract:Combined with the communication technology of GPRS(General Packet Ratio Service),J2EE(Java 2 platform Enterprise Edition)technology and database management,a power quality monitoring system based on browser /server structure is developed.Its structure and realization are introduced from both hardware and software,including GPRS data acquisition module,communication server,database server,Web server and client.The connection pool is used to connect Web server with database,and the technology of xmlhttp is used to display the real-time online data.The monitoring system is in operation now.

Abstract:Concerning on the problems of low accuracy ,low efficiency and poor reliability of seg-ment assembly equipment of shield machine ,a monitor and control system for segment assembly test bed of shield machine is designed under the target of efficient assembly of segments .On the base of full analysis on the working principle and monitoring requirements of the segment assem-bly test bed of shield machine ,an industry computer based data acquisition and control system taking PCI based data boards as I/O interfaces was designed .Then a soft starter based electric control circuit system for the power motor and a direct starting circuit system for the air-cooled e-quipment were designed individually .A LabVIEW based monitor and control system software de-signed for high-speed data acquisition and real-time control was presented ,and finally a monitor and control system for the segment assembly test bed of shield machine was built according to previous design .The result of field operation shows ,with high speed and reliable computation of hardware ,the monitor and control system equipped with effectively designed software plays an important role in both the operations of the segment assembly test bed of shield machine and the research on efficient assembly of segments .

Abstract:The accelerated bearing life tester modified with micro-flow control valve and position holding directional control vlave is presented. The parameters of the bearing life testing are decided and the measuring and controlling system of the accelerated bearing life tester is developed. The control method of continuity and discontinuity applying to bearing life tester and adjusted parameter PID control is given. The software applying to the accelerated bearing life tester system based on PLC and NI monitor software based on PPI protocol are developed. The result shows that this system has features of 2% control precision and fast-response control.

Abstract:This paper presents a remote automatic monitor and control system of small water power station rubber dam, based on S7-200 series PLC and WinCC HMI tool. The system takes the both advantages of automatic control and remote control and remains the local manual electrical or mechanical control function. It makes the work of rubber dam more robust, stable and safe, facilitates the users more flexible and improves the power generation efficiency.

Abstract:It is necessary to use libraries of parts when using CAD software. But, deficiencies and problems exist in most libraries, so we developed a part management system called GS-PM. Based on features, but not geometric information, it not only improves efficiency but also enables some applications of higher levels, for instance, the parts can be used in different CAD software. This part library can work in client/server mode to share information. It can also be applied to establish a customized visual part library (a Web part library), which can build parts dynamically according to the user's needs

Abstract:In this paper, a web-based parts library management system - webParts is studied. WebParts allows engineers and designers to search for component information semantically and construct digital product design chain according to the information. WebParts is built based on PLIB standard (ISO13584) and "tabular layouts of article characteristics technology"(GB/T10091). According to the PLIB standard, a dual description method (semantic description and logical expression level) is used to express component information. The data dictionary (ISO13584-42) is used to description component information at semantic level. Because the typical structure and function feature are not described explicitly in component data dictionary (PLIB ontology), a semantic feature description dictionary (ontology) is added in the data dictionary. At logical description level, a tabular layouts of article characteristics is extracted from PLIB dictionary (especially the part characteristic) according to some rules. At last, three kinds of part search method provided by webParts are introduced.

Abstract:The necessity of ADO technique as the current database engine is introduced.The operation of Access database (such as the creation of table,connection,query and modification to database) is achieved in combination with three components of ADO panel including ADOConnection,ADOQuery and ADOCommand in C~(++) Builder6.0 environment.And then, these methods are applied in the thickness measurement monitoring system of battery plates,such as the login module for personnel information management,the storage of collected thickness data and alarming information,which can be also showed in TChart in time.The experimental results indicate that it's very convenient to operate Access database using ADO component in C~(++) Builder,the management to database is realized,and the requirement of this system can be satisfied in a better way.

Abstract:AbstrcatThis article discusses a universal query window which can query any appointed table, any fields under random conditions based on PowerBuilder .The characteristics of this universal query is that it can acquire and display the fields and their values of the data table automatically.Therefore, users just need to choose or input the query conditions directly, then the control will converse them to corresponding SQL query sentences automatically .This query module can be embedded in any PowerBuilder application softwares and with some practical value.

Abstract:On the Pro/E platform,based on the multi-layered parametric technology composed of component level,part level and feature level,through the integration of many secondary development technologies such as Pro/Toolkit,UDF and Pro/Program,the intelligent standard parts library system was constructed.This system can be compatible with the standard parts in part and assembly,meanwhile,by combination with the Pro/E assembly positioning,the functions such as the additional processing on the standard parts and automatic drilling are achieved so as to enlarge the application range of the intelligent standard parts library and improve its intelligentialize.

Abstract:Pointing at the problem that the spares consumption quota has been using the experience to develop, which makes spares application random and blind, this paper puts forward to build the reasonable lifeless-repairable spares consumption quota model. Analyze and determine the factors influencing the lifeless-repairable spares consumption, use BP neural network to predict, and use genetic algorithm to optimize the weights and thresholds of BP neural network, so that the network can obtain the global minimum point. The example shows that the model's predicted results are relatively accurate and has high practicability.

Abstract:This paper deals with describing an e-service driven SPC model for the closed-loop quality control in a machining process. Digital calipers are used to sample the real-time measuring data and linked to the above SPC prototype service module. Wireless PDAs, as client-side support, are used to run the SPC service module and to realize the on-site quality control management. In addition, both the correlative analysis of signals and the fault trees construction according to potential quality goal parameters play a very important role in searching the certain fault Sources to influence the quality goal parameters. In order to verify the method and technology proposed in this paper, a running example is also given.

Abstract:A kind of DMFC power monitoring system based on STC89C52RC was designed in this paper.Under some certain situations,the supply of steady voltage and power of DMFC to load was realized.A circuit board was designed and manufactured that could control the startup of DFMC,and was linked to the upper computer through RS-232 communication interface circuit.In the upper computer,the control software based on the Visual Basic was designed,which achieved the function of measuring all data of the monitoring system,and realized the harmonious human-computer interaction.By testing the system under some working conditions,the desired results are achieved.

Abstract:The quality control problems of the key and important parts are researched.The processing data in the tri COMERO are transferred to PC by PCI bus,the data are dealt with and established quality control charts in the PC.The neural network technology is used for the quality control charts pattern recognition and parameters estimation.The eight judge abnormal rules of the national standards can also be correctly identified,the process capability is researched and the process capability index is calculated at last.The GUI of the system is designed in the Matlab environment.The whole system is successfully used in practical.

Abstract:The power-plant alarm system is very complex as it generally involves a number of interconnected logic circuits comprising multiple AND, OR and NOT gates, flip-flops, time delay and other logic elements. It is a challenging task to diagnose faults or identify events happening in such a complex logic system. The main difficulty is introduced by the presence of time delay elements, which results in a timing factor and hence the necessity of keeping a time record of previous events. This motivates the application of a time-constrained fault diagnosis model as presented in this paper. A new method is presented for fault diagnosis of a power-plant alarm system based on a time-constrained fault diagnosis model. A 0-1 integer programming formulation is established for describing this problem. and a solving algorithm based on the Tabu search (TS) technique is then utilized. Test results of two sample examples are served for demonstrating the feasibility of the method. This project is supported by Zhejiang Provincial Foundation for Outstanding Young Scientists.
