Abstract:With the rapid development of China's economy, the state has put forward higher requirements for urban and rural construction planning. The construction of municipal roads has entered a high-quality development stage. However, affected by the construction environment, construction period, facilities, and other factors, municipal road construction still has a series of quality problems. This paper focuses on problems in municipal road construction, analyzing issues comprehensively from the perspectives of construction management systems, construction safety supervision, and equipment management. Countermeasure proposals are then provided to address these issues and improve the safety management of municipal engineering projects. The insights gained also offer valuable references for the construction management of municipal road projects in the industry. In conclusion, this paper aims to identify and address key challenges in municipal road construction through a comprehensive analysis of construction management, safety supervision, and equipment management. The proposed countermeasures not only contribute to enhancing the safety management of municipal engineering projects but also offer valuable insights for the industry's overall construction management of municipal road projects.

Abstract:Due to the particularity of thecapital source of public project,it is necessary to enforce the life-cycle supervision to it in order to effectively control the government investment,decrease the waste of resources,and push the construction of economy society.The supervision actuality and existing problems of public project in China were analyzed firstly.Then the factors influencing the life-cycle supervision of public project were discussed.The supervision mechanism in the stages of decision-making,constructing,and operating was established from the lateral orientation and lengthwise orientation. Finally the corresponding supporting measures were proposed.

Abstract:Characteristics of road landscaping were analyzed,as a kind of "linear" landscaping,it could be classified into urban street landscaping,urban ring road and expressway landscaping,differences between road landscaping projects and other garden landscaping projects or construction projects were analyzed.Landscaping project for the South 3rd Ring Road of Xi'an City(in Yanta District) was taken for an example to summarize construction experience,discuss present conditions and features of garden landscaping supervision in China.The artistic and physiological properties of garden landscaping,as well as the supervision during maintenance period were stressed,but it was also pointed out that garden landscaping supervision in China was actually given insufficient attention.On this basis,key points in supervision of road landscaping project were proposed: understanding design ideas,selection of landscape plants,quality control of concealed works,prevention and control of diseases and insects,construction safety management and overall image;only by effectively implementing these key points,a high-quality road landscaping project could be realized to improve the image of a city and beautify its environment.
