Abstract:At present ,the work of scientific re search is weak-based and there are a lot of prob lems from knowledge to practice,good ethos of scientific research hasn't been formed in higher vocational schools.So we should stress the sense of scientific research,speed up to construct the personnel of scientific re-search,step up the input ,improve the equipments condition of scientific re search and promote to develop the work of scien tific research in higher vocational schools.

Abstract:According to the relative survey,the students in some of the vocational colleges usually lack of learning motivation.The study motivation mainly decides the efforts the students will take and the performance they will achieve in their studies.With gradual development in the reform,opening-up and the market economy,professional positions require higher and higher qualities of talents.The education of the vocational colleges is drawing much more attentions under this background.Therefore,how to cultivate the students' interest in their studies and to stimulate their motivations to learn more has become one of the most important tasks for the educators of universities,especially the educators of vocational colleges.

Abstract:In recent years the development of our national vocational education is developing rapidly,but different colleges have different levels of development.Most of the students in vocational colleges do not have good basic of English.Their aim of study is not clear.They are not interested in English and they do not have motive power of study.Therefore,it is not easy for teachers to give English classes and the result of teaching is not satisfying.The English knowledge and the skills that they have mastered are not so good.Here are the analysis and the thought about English teaching in vocational colleges.Some suggestions and feasible measures are also mentioned to improve vocational college English teaching.

Abstract:At present, the talent training in higher vocational colleges is based on skills. However, talents are not only required to have skilled operating technical ability, but also need to have certain innovative awareness, be able to find and solve problems, and realize the technological innovation and industrial upgrading in the actual production process of enterprises. In view of the current urgent need for the innovative and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges, it is more and more important to build and improve the new training model of "research assistants".Moreover, there is still a certain gap with the expectations of enterprises in terms of the current training effect. This paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies existing in the training mode of research assistants in higher vocational colleges, finds out the reasons for the weak awareness of teachers’ cultivating student, the lack of corresponding incentive mechanisms, and the single model of students’ innovation and training. Finally,the systematic and planned evaluation and incentive systems in higher vocational colleges is explored to promote the high-quality output of scientific research results and the smooth implementation of innovative education projects.
