Quantitative Stratification of $F$-Subharmonic Functions

Abstract:In this paper, we study the singular sets of F-subharmonic functions u : B-2(0(n)) -> R, where F is a subequation. The singular set S(u) subset of B2(0n) has a stratification S-0(u) subset of S-1(u) subset of center dot center dot center dot subset of S-k(u) subset of center dot center dot center dot subset of S(u), where x is an element of Sk(u) if no tangent function to u at xis (k + 1)-homogeneous. We define the quantitative stratifications S-eta(k)(u) and S-eta,r(k)(u) satisfying Sk(u) = boolean OR S-eta(eta)k(u) = boolean OR(eta)boolean AND S-r(eta,r)k(u). When homogeneity of tangents holds for F, we prove that dimHSk(u) <= k and S(u) = Sn-p(u), where p is the Riesz characteristic of F. And for the top quantitative stratification Sn-p eta (u), we have the Minkowski estimate Vol(B-r(S-eta(n)-p C-eta(-1) (integral eta (u) boolean AND B1(0n))) <= B1+r (0n) Delta u)rp. When uniqueness of tangents holds for F, we show that S(eta)k (u) is k-rectifiable, which implies S-k(u) is k-rectifiable. When strong uniqueness of tangents holds for F, we introduce the monotonicity condition and the notion of F-energy. By using refined covering argument, we obtain a definite upper bound on the number of {Theta(u, x) >= c} for c > 0, where Theta(u, x) is the density of F-subharmonic function u at x. Geometrically determined subequations F(G) are a very important type of subequation (when p = 2, homogeneity of tangents holds for F(G); when p > 2, uniqueness of tangents holds for F(G)). By introducing the notion of G-energy and using quantitative differentation argument, we obtain the Minkowski estimate of quantitative stratification Vol(B-r(S eta ,r(u)) boolean AND B-1(0(n))) <= Crn-k-eta.
