Abstract:With the acceleration of the process of global revolution in science and technology led by information technology, the human society is in a gradual transition from an industrial society into an information society. As a new productivity with the greatest potential at the present age, information technology has undergone great development. The incessant innovation in technology has also urged people to make better use of it and apply advanced information technology to their own industry. This has already become a major trend in the informatization of various industries. In order to meet the requirements of the development of its own industry, the Chinese construction industry is strengthening its informatization and vigorously promoting the application of information technology. Standardization, as the basis of informatization, plays an important role in the sound development of informatization construction and ensures the successful promotion and application of information technology. It has become an important and pressing task to build up an appropriate standard system for the application of information technology, in view of which, this article has made an in-depth analysis of the present standardization status of information technology application and the problems in existing standard systems, put forward the principles for the standard of applying information technology within the construction industry and the established standard system for the application of information technology.

Abstract:The certification and accreditation of laboratory and its importance were briefly introduced in this paper.According to Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories(ISO/IEC 17025:2005),the critical points were summarized in detail for controlling chemical laboratory quality from both internal and external side.This paper provides a reference for carrying out the certification and accreditation activities,improving the quality of testing services,increasing social awareness and reducing the risk of laboratory quality responsibility of chemical laboratory.

Abstract:Informatization is a new problem in the survival and development of manufacturing enterprises.Manufacturing enterprises are facing many new questions in this process.How enterprises deal with these main relations in informatization is critical to the success of informatization.Take the practice of informatization in Hangzhou Steam Turbine Corporation as an example;this paper presents the five main relationships in the informatization of manufacturing enterprises.They in-clude the relation between informatization and survival;the relation between informatization and rationalization;the relation between software outsourcing and self-developing;the relation between information department and operation department;the relation between information integration and technology development.This paper also illustrates the right methods and strategies on dealing with these relations.

Abstract:The standards system for supporting high-quality development is based on the development concept of “innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing” and supports the all-round, high-quality development of China’s economy, society, and ecology. Conducting strategic research on this standards system plays a basic and leading role in promoting economic development, ecological environment quality, and social governance level, and is significant for meeting people’s needs for a better life. In this article, we analyze the concept of high-quality development as well as the connotation and characteristics of the standards system for supporting high-quality development, and study the difference between the high-quality development standards system and existing systems. Moreover, this study presents the main directions and implementation paths for the standards system by 2025 and 2035, focusing on agriculture, manufacturing, services, social governance, ecological civilization, and other key areas. Furthermore, we propose corresponding countermeasures in aspects of top level design, standardization policies, standardization capability improvement, and standardization personnel training, hoping to provide references for the development of the aforementioned key areas and for the decision making of relevant government departments.

Abstract:Some standards can no longer meet the requirements of the development of the situation,since they have been used for quite a long time.The enterprise standard is the revision and improvement of the existing standard system,which can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the current standards.Therefore,based on national standard of wheat flour,combined with the document of the special wheat flour standard of Guangdong province,the problems existing in the enterprise standard of special wheat flour,such as incorrect expression and text irrational physical and chemical indicators,wrong normative reference,lack of product quality indicators,and the relatively simple standard category of the special wheat flour for the enterprise filing,are discussed.Some suggestions are proposed to provide some valuable references for the revision of enterprise standard.

Abstract:The implementation of engineering education professional certification has pointed out the way for our country to cope with the new round of scientific and technological revolution, and further laid the foundation for the training of professional practical talents, which has important guiding significance. The principle course of concrete structure design is one of the important basic courses for civil engineering majors, but there are some defects in the actual teaching process, such as good teaching content, single form, less combination of new technology and less practical knowledge. Based on the concept and requirements of engineering education professional certification, this paper horizontally compares the teaching methods of concrete structure design principles courses in colleges and universities in China and Singapore. And further summarize the experience, put forward the teaching reform measures to improve the teaching quality of the course, in order to provide reference for the curriculum reform of domestic colleges and universities.

Abstract:With the rapid development of intelligent transportation industry, the demand for intelligent transportation professionals is increasing in recent years. However, in intelligent transportation industry, skilled talent certification system has not been established in the whole country. In this paper, we highlight the intelligent transportation industry in Shenzhen, propose a complete set of intelligent transportation industry classification and the corresponding position setting. Finally we discuss procedures in detail to develop, starting from Shenzhen, the skilled talent certification and carry out thevocational skill appraisal in intelligent transportation systems.

Abstract:In the context of certification industry,the impacts of the service quality of certification agencies on relationship quality are studied.Based on four dimensions of service quality(process service capability,process interactive quality,potential service capability,and outcome quality) and three dimensions of relationship quality(cooperativity,adaptability and atmosphere of connection),the model of impacts of service quality of certification agencies on relationship quality is constructed.An empirical study involving 721 enterprises shows that process service capability and outcome quality have significant influence on the relationship quality,while process interactive quality and potential service capability have not significant impact on the relationship quality.Finally,some recommendations are proposed for certification agencies in order to improve their service quality and remain good relationship with their clients.
