The Therapeutic Effect of Wenxin Particles Combined with Metoprolol on Unstable Angina

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of Wenxin particle combined with Metoprolol in unstable angina pactoris patients. Methods A total of 96 unstable angina pactoris patients treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected. According to the ball-touching method, patients were divided into routine group（N=48, blue ball） and trial group（N=48, red ball）. Metoprolol was applied in the routine group; Wenxin particle combined with metoprolol was applied in the trial group. The blood lipid, inflammatory factors, hemorheology indexes, exercise tolerance, angina attack and treatment effect were compared between two groups. Results After medication, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol and triglyceride contents in two groups were lower than before; the high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol contents in two groups were higher than before. After medication, the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol and triglyceride contents in the trial group were even lower than routine group; The high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol content in the trial group was even higher than routine group,the differences were statistically significant（P ＜ 0.05）; After medication, interleukin-6, interleukin-18 and C-reactive protein levels in two groups were lower than before; After medication, interleukin-6, interleukin-18 and C-reactive protein levels in the trial group were even lower than routine group,the differences were statistically significant（P ＜ 0.05）; After medication,plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, whole blood low-shear viscosity, whole blood high-shear viscosity levels in two groups were lower than before; After medication, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, whole blood low-shear viscosity, whole blood high-shear viscosity levels in the trial group were even lower than routine group,the differences were statistically significant（P ＜ 0.05）; After medication, 6-minute walk distance in two groups were longer than before; After medication, 6-minute walk distance in the trial group was even longer than routine group,the difference was statistically significant（P ＜ 0.05）; After medication, angina attack frequency and duration of two groups were remarkably reduced; After medication, the angina attack frequency in the trial group was even lower than routine group, the angina attack duration in the trial group was even shorter than routine group,the differences were statistically significant（P ＜ 0.05）; The total treatment effective rate in the trial group and routine group was 95.83% and 81.25%,the difference was statistically significant（P ＜ 0.05）. Conclusion Wenxin particle combined with metoprolol can reduce the blood lipid, inflammatory factors, improve the hemorheology indicators, exercise tolerance,relieve angina pectoris attack,improve the treatment effect, playing an important role for unstable angina pactoris patients.
