Effect of Qihong Granule Combined with Edaravone on the Level of Oxidative Stress in Patients with Arrhythmia after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Qihong Granule Combine with edaravone on the level of oxidative stress in patients with arrhythmia after coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods:74 cases of patients with coronary heart disease underwent coronary artery bypass surgery from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research object,the control group were treated with thrombolytic therapy in the postoperative (aspirin enteric-coated tablets,clopidogrel oral),regulating blood fat,blood pressure,coronary microcirculation improving drugs such as conventional therapy.The observation group on the basis the control group were given Qihong Granule,compared two groups of patients with postoperative 2 weeks premature atrial and ventricular premature beats,paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation cases,GSH-PX,SOD,MDA,AOPP,LVEDd,LAD and stress index EF BNP,heart function index.Results:The occurrence of the observation group atrial premature beats and ventricular premature beats,paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation were 12 cases,16 cases,20 cases,8 cases,9 cases of patients;control of atrial premature beats and ventricular premature beats,paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,atrial flutter,respectively.In 20 cases,25 cases,27 cases,16 cases,17 cases of patients;the observation group premature atrial and ventricular premature beats,paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P＜0.05.After treatment,the patients in the observation group MDA,AOPP content were (18.45 ± 2.46)U/L and (40.61 ± 5.31) μ mol/L,significantly lower than the control group (26.38 ± 2.07) U/L,(71.32 ± 4.43) μ mol/L;GSH-PX and SOD in the observation group were (229.28 ± 29.17) μ g/mL,(19.26 ± 4.25) μ g/mL,significantly higher than the control group (175.46 ± 20.38) μ g/mL,(11.36 ± 2.47) μ g/mL,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the observation group and the control group LAD,LVEDd and BNP were decreased,EF increased,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Qihong Granule can reduce the stress response of patients after coronary artery bypass surgery,reduce arrhythmia,improve cardiac function.
