Abstract:Based on the study of network and value network,this paper deeply studies the problem in the process of model-transfer upgrading of enterprises.It points out that upgrading is not only the upgrading of value network,but also breaking the social cage and getting the good place in network.At the same time,the mutual effect of the network and the value network builds a bridge between the macro strategy and the micro action,and promotes model-transfer upgrading and the breakthrough in high level of local enterprises.At last,the paper makes a test of case study of Liushi low-voltage electrical appliances industrial cluster in Zhejiang province.
