Abstract:"业",a Chinese pictographic character,original refers to an indented plank over the supporting frame of an ancient musical instrument used to hang bells and chiming stones.The character"业"thus becomes an extremely exact picture of the clustery industrial parks bristled with businesses of all types.Massive enterprise efforts of R&D and clusters of highly-efficient R&D bases integrated with the production bases and headquarters offices are needed to achieve the transformation from"Made in China"to"Invented in China".Along with the upgrading and restructuring of the industries and upgrading and development of existing industrial parks and development zones in China,R&D office parks become adapted to the multiple needs of enterprises and provide multiple possibilities for future development.In the meanwhile,demands have increased for lease and sales of large enterprise logistics and R&D bases and R&D office bases.It is the architect's mission of social services to create a brand-new and applicable space environment to meet such business needs and satisfy the residential and exhibition needs of different enterprises.

Abstract:The traditional Chinese method for the funding and developing public space is through the government. This method provides a centralized system,but cannot fit the different demands of people.With the new market economy,a new method of landscape development is being practiced:through enterprises.Such company- owned developments are efficient and adaptable.This paper uses the example of the ecological plaza of OCT to explain this"Enterprise Method"and discusses the role of the"Government Method"versus the"Enterprise Method"of funding and developing urban public spaces.

Abstract:Recently, the modern service sector leaded by the business economy became one of the driving forces of urban development and greatly affects the spatial structure and functions of the city. This paper, based on the data of commercial buildings and the investigation of enterprises located in the buildings, analyzes the spatial pattern, functions, development intensity, and spatial evolution of the business economy in main city of Hangzhou by GIS, and summarizes the influential factors of locations and development mechanism of urban business economy in order to find out the development rules and existing problems to provide references to other cities in China.
Research on Geometry Optimization of Park Office Buildings with the Goal of Zero Energy

Abstract:At the conceptual design stage, the building geometry design can predict the building load demand and renewable energy application potential to some extent. Geometry design interventions are critical to efficiently achieving the goal of zero-energy buildings. In the existing studies, the typicality and representativeness of the object geometry in the practice project are not high, and the influence of different geometry indices on energy savings and photovoltaic (PV) utilization potential under the same type of plane shape is rarely considered. In addition, the surrounding building shading situations considered are single. There is still significant room for improvement in the typical geometries selection and optimization condition settings. This paper presents a study of three typical park office building geometries in hot summer and cold winter regions. An optimization method based on the genetic algorithm and energy consumption simulation is proposed that takes into account both building energy savings and PV utilization potential improvements. The geometry-related indices of each typical geometry are then optimized under different PV layout scenarios and surrounding shading situations, and suitable geometry design strategies for typical office buildings are proposed under each optimization scenario. Geometry optimization can significantly reduce building energy consumption (the building energy-saving rate is 1.3-10.7 %) and increase PV generation (enhancement of 13.37-66.67 % for PV generation potential), thus lowering the net energy consumption of buildings. The findings of this study can be used to guide the design of park office building geometries in hot summer and cold winter regions with the goal of zero energy, as well as to promote the practice of zero-energy office buildings at the regional and national levels.

Abstract:This article is based on 93 valid resident questionnaires and 203 valid enterprise questionnaires. At the same time, through interviews with multiple companies, we learned that there are still few commercial buildings in the Z City University Science Park in Jiangsu Province. The facilities system is imperfect, and the living and entertainment needs of residents and enterprise staff cannot be fully met. Through analysis, this article believes that the above problems occur because the positioning of the science and technology park is limited to manufacturing, the geographical location is remote, and Jiangsu Province Z city's economic development still has more room for improvement. To this end, by introducing the concept of sharing economy and based on an in-depth investigation and analysis of the public space planning and utilization status of the park, this paper proposes that the Z City Science Park in Jiangsu Province should develop and construct commercial land and increase buses in the future planning. Suggestions such as transportation schedules and additional routes to the science and technology park, cultural facilities or areas such as entertainment or public services, etc., to increase the space utilization and economic benefits of the science and technology park.

Abstract:The paper identifies the challenges to make Suzhou Industrial Parks ecological based on the international and national background. On the basis of this, a series of approaches are suggested to make it an ecological industrial park, which include optimizing system of resources and energy, constructing of ecological industries, greening community, and avoiding and managing safety risks. In addition, the paper pre-evaluates the benefits of constructing the eco-industrial park. The results show that if all these approaches are accepted and put into operation, the efficiencies of resources and energy would be improved, and pollutants and environmental risks would be avoided or decreased greatly, and its competitiveness would be improved a lot.

Abstract:Abstract As a modern industrial division of labor and production area that adapts to market competition and industrial upgrading, the industrial park is a generation model for the country to actively plan and promote development. The integrated energy system of industrial parks is of great significance for improving energy efficiency, promoting large-scale development of renewable energy, improving the utilization of social infrastructure and energy supply, and achieving energy conservation and emission reduction targets. The combination of industrial parks and integrated energy service platform technologies can realize the coordinated operation and resource sharing of various energy systems, meet the individual needs of campus users, and provide diversified services for system maintainers, park managers, enterprises, and households. Based on the summary of the characteristics of the campus-type energy Internet, the paper studies the key technologies of its integrated energy service platform. The key technologies of information collection, source-charge prediction, multi-energy coordination scheduling and advanced application services of the company’s latest integrated energy service platform are introduced, and suggestions for the development of integrated energy service platform in the park are put forward.
