Abstract:Under the background that the urban space is changing from "incremental development" to "tapping the potential of stock", the transformation of old urban residential areas is of great significance to promote the improvement of urban quality. As an important part of shaping the public environment in residential areas, the planning and design standards of residential areas only put forward the requirements of area control, and lack the specific criteria of various design elements. Aiming at the typical problems existing in the outdoor activity space of the old residential areas, such as unreasonable layout, lack of total amount, unclear classification and insufficient attraction, a planning and design framework for improving the outdoor activity space quality of the old residential areas are constructed from four dimensions of space layout, space scale and quantity, space hierarchical and function and space attraction, and a total of nine indicators. Quantitative analysis methods such as space syntax and image recognition are introduced. Taking the planning scheme of the old residential area in the south of Wangma community in the central district of Hangzhou as an example, we discuss the rationality of its planning by using the framework, we also analyze the existing problems and put forward optimization suggestions, so as to provide theoretical guidance and planning practice reference for other old residential areas to build high-quality outdoor activity space.

Abstract:There does not exist a linear relationship between function and form of the building.Different architects can make a sysmetical choice and integration between different architectural theory and languages of architectural form,at the same time,architects make a personalized expression according with their knowledge structure and modeling language capacity.Value and charm of architecture is reflected in the difference of culture between them and the expression of arbitrary.They end in a unif ied cultural context and reality of reconciliation between the writing.This paper gives an individual experiment and consideration about how to translate the form of paper making industry under the present time according to the experience of Henglian headquarters off ice design.

Abstract:Headquarter economy is a new phenomenon in recent years. In large cities, more and more enterprises set their headquarters in city center and form headquarters areas. The headquarters and manufacturing sections are separate spatial y. Headquarters are merging with high tech parks in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Abstract:With the development of urban construction in China and the improvement of living standards among urban residents, people today have higher requirements for space quality, and the development of urban commercial complexes has also become an important part of urban development. In this process, the functions of urban commercial complexes, in terms of culture, leisure, commerce, tourism, and office work, are gradually compounded. The integration of the commercial complex landscape with the urban environment shapes a place that provides more humanized services to the urban population. The landscape facilities in the commercial complex square are no longer just a foil, but they are constantly improved and optimized for the benefit of the crowd. Beginning from the exterior space of commercial complexes, this study investigates and analyzes the landscape design, and based on the external landscape distribution of Happy Harbor and the environment created by the landscape, this paper expounds the commercial landscape design and development of a more comprehensive and humanized commercial urban complex space landscape.

Abstract:With the rapid development of social production and lifestyle, people's demand for office environment and office efficiency is higher than before. Therefore, the design idea of office building needs to be updated. This article makes an in-depth study on self-occupied office building, and investigates smart space that is from the inside out, reasonable and efficient, and innovation oriented from the perspective of function, work unit, facility management. Based on multi-level analysis, it puts forward that design should based on people-oriented and innovation-preferred values. Whilst considering high office efficiency, the design should also reflects the humanistic care of employees, in accordance with changes of lifestyle, so as to establish business spaces with "family culture".
