Abstract:Belt conveyors are widely used in the areas of coal, ports, electric power, chemical, etc, to transport bulk solid. The traditional design methods have many defects, such as long design cycle, prone to error, and it is unable to meet the needs of modern society. This paper presents a new method of designing belt conveyors, the 3D visual rapid design platform based on the AutoCAD software for the design of belt conveyors. This platform uses Visual Basic software to develop the rapid design program, establishes the stereo models of the belt conveyor by extending the functions of AutoCAD with ObjectARX. So it builds the three-dimensional design environment in which the designers can adjust the structure of the belt conveyor based on the actual environment, manage the parts of the belt conveyor and get the engineering drawing of the belt conveyor. This platform increases the design speed and improves the design quality. ©2010 IEEE.

Abstract:In order to solve the low speed of information transmission, inefficient design and long development cycle in the design process of the belt conveyor in the thermal power plants, a multidisciplinary collaborative design System of the belt conveyor is put forward. With the analysis of the information requirement, integrated information model is established with systems accepted by user’s requirements through the network transmission protocol. Project managers can discuss and develop plans through the structure of distributed-centralized. By the framework of information interaction and conflict resolution, professional design personnel can exchange their information and finish the design of the belt conveyor collaboratively.

Abstract:The belt conveyor is an important material-transport equipment in metallurgy, mining, ports and thermal power plants, etc. It has an important engineering significance on the belt conveyor design, management and statistics. Based on the concept of three-dimensional digital design, this paper proposes a method of adding engineering attributes to the belt conveyor parts by extension dictionary of ObjectARX in 3D modeling system of the belt conveyor. By reading the attributes of parts, it is convenient and rapid to query the engineering information of single parts and manage all of the belt conveyor parts.

Abstract:A transfer system in roving-spinning unit that establishes a connection between spindles of roving frame and spinning frame achieves the manipulations automatically in spinning workshop. We study that ISIGHT drive ANSYS to conduct integrated optimization of the key conveyor system components in this paper, the ANSYS-ISIGHT integration is successful. Before the optimal design, using the Latin method to design experiments. The experimental design can show the degree that the state variables and the target variables are affected by each input factor. The factor that has little impact on the results can be removed, thus the efficiency of the optimization can be improved. After the experimental design, using the multi-objective neural network to optimize the beam. Giving the beam safety conditions, including intensity, toughness, modal, stability. We optimize the structure base on security conditions, the volume of the beam in roving and yarn reservoir area has been largely decreased. Achieving the objectives of the lightweight design.

Abstract:During developing and selling belt-grinding machine, there exist usually problems such as too many design-change orders, as well as very difficult to let customer understand thoroughly performance, shape and operation state of belt-grinding machine. Therefore, based on the analysis of composition and its modular partition of belt-grinding machine, whose reference machine frame, coordination system and freedom etc are elucidated. Then, a simulation prototype system of belt grinding machine is developed through taking Visual Basic 5.0, Pro/Engineer and 3DS MAX as tools. According to the simulation instance demo operation flow of belt grinding machine, several problems are dissertated during making cartoon of belt-grinding machine; meanwhile, some related applications are illustrated. Belt-grinding machine simulation is to be very helpful for resolving many problems existed during its developing and selling.

Abstract:: Multimedia assisted teaching plays a more and more important role in modern teaching. It not only can improve the teaching quality, but also provides a platform for the reform of traditional teaching mode and method. For at present classroom utilization rate is low, the fault report and maintenance is not timely, its separate control is not easy to manage, and so on, a set of centralized control system for multimedia classroom equipment is developed by increasing the necessary hardware on the basis of existing multimedia equipment, which is based on network and wireless data transmission technology. A main controller and its peripheral equipment interface circuit are designed, including hardware and software. The system can improve the utilization rate and service life of multimedia equipment, convenient the effective management.

Abstract:With the fast development in continuous conveyor technology, the belt conveyor to be more widely applied, the belt conveyor technology is gradually refined, and has made a number of achievements. Drum as a belt conveyor drive components, attracted the attention of the relevant technical staff. To ensure the belt conveyor system, the optimizing design of the drum quality and the strengthen use of the drum performance have an important guiding significance to the safety and reliability as a whole. The result documents are easily accessible by other structural analysis software (such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, ADINA, etc) and similar design software, and convenient to use for the follow-up work.

Abstract:Conveyor belts are widely used in ore transportation in large-scale mines for their long transportation range, high safety, and strong economic applicability. Coal mine belt conveyors are not only traditional, simple mechanical conveying devices but also automatic control system operating devices that integrate safety, stability, and low power consumption. In the process of coal mining, a conveyor belt control system also needs to be closely integrated with modern industrial systems and information systems, which greatly improves its work efficiency. The purpose of this article is to improve the methods for designing automatic control systems for electric motors in order to obtain mechanical characteristics close to a constant power line, which would ensure the reliable operation of belt conveyors. An automatic control system was designed based on the controller Siemens S7-1200; then, a mathematical model of an automated electric drive was developed. Based on the mathematical model, a simulation model of an automatic electric drive was built, and the modes were modeled. After designing, the obtained plots of transients completely corresponded to the required transients, which means that the Siemens frequency converter automatic control system (ACS) parameters were calculated quite accurately and the conveyor electric drive met all requirements.

Abstract:Through analyzing the structure of the driving pulley of belt type synchronous mechanism of transplanting ma -chine ,the three-dimensional entity model of driving pulley was imported from PRO /E into ANSYS APDL finite element analysis software.Finite element model was built , and constraints and loads was applied , and then the comprehensive stress distribution and displacement distribution of the driving pulley was got as the result of the finite element numerical analysis .Then the force and deformation situation was mastered .With the checking and comparing with the parameters of the actual requirements , the danger zone and structural design flaws was determined , which provided scientific basis for the later design and optimization.

Abstract:This paper aim at the ZA type car synchronous belt, using the CATIA software create the synchronous belt and pulleys 3D model, divide synchronous belt mesh with ANSYS software, and import into the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn and build up the dynamic simulation model of the car synchronous belt transmission through the MFBD (more flexible body dynamics) techniques. Analyzed the transmission performance of the synchronous belt、contact stress of tooth surface and tension stress. It propose the stress distribution between belt and pulley, and the distribution state of the tensile stress. It provide a digital simulation and design method to design the car synchronous belt tooth shape, analysis the transmission performance and select the material of rubber and the reinforcing cords.

Abstract:This paper was designed and optimized the drive system of CNC gear measurement center permanent magnet synchronous motor.And it was analyzed the id = 0 current control method of vector control principle and method of speed measurement,also SVPWM and adaptive fuzzy PI control of speed loop were adopted in this article,compared with the traditional PI control,it was eliminated the steady-state error,improved the system response speed,reduced the overshoot,made the system have a good dynamic and static characteristics.The Matlab/Simulink Simulation and experiment showed that the motor can stably operate in low-speed and verified the feasibility of the drive system design.

Abstract:In order to solve such problems as low efficiency, low quality and instability of gear surface defect detection, we designed a detection system based on machine vision, sensor coupling. By multisensory coupling, and then CCD camera image collection of gear products, using VS2010 to cooperate with Halcon library for a series of analysis and processing of images. At last, the results are fed back to the control end, and the rejected device is removed to the collecting box. The system has successfully identified defective gear. The test results show that this system can identify and eliminate the defects gear quickly and efficiently. It has reached the requirement of gear product defect detection line automation and has a certain application value.
