Abstract:With the development of hospital information construction, medical information systems are becoming more and more diversified and complicated in hospitals. The traditional architecture in which a single application is supported by single or multiple servers will largely increase the number of servers, the total cost of ownership, and the difficulty of centralized management. By analyzing the core technology and service mode of cloud computing, this paper constructs a health information integration model based on cloud computing. On the basis of this model, we develop a health information integration platform in private cloud with electronic medical record (EMR) as the core. Abstract:Objective Basing on functional requirements of military hospital apartment management and distribution system analyzing,to design an apartment management and distribution system for more accurate and efficient information management of hospital logistics,in order to reduce traditionally experience-based manual management and improve the unbalance between hardware and software development during the informationization process.Methods The system was designed using SQL database as backend system and PowerBuilder data application system as the front-end development tool.Results Using the system,the information of camp location,buildings,apartments and living situation could be tracked,queried,modified and deleted in real-time by the managers.Conclusions By using of the system,the management and allocation of apartments in the military hospital camp are improved effectively,which upgrad the management of hospital camp property.The system is easy to operate and should be used widely.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(3):38-40,42]

Abstract:PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) is successfully applied in Huzhou Central Hospital, and is well integrated with its HIS system by WEBSERVICE middleware. The system supports DICOM 3.0 Standard, and DICOM gateways are installed for modalities that do not support DICOM so as to have implemented the digitalization of all the image departments in the hospital.

Although several integration standards had been proposed to meet this challenge, none of them is fit for hospitals in China. This paper introduces our work of implementing a three-tiered architecture enterprise viewer in Huzhou Central Hospital to integrate all existing medical information systems using limited resource.

Abstract:Objective Based on the existing Junwei No.1 HIS system which has been widely applied in most military hospi-tals, a performance management evaluation system was thus developed, and data excavation and analysis were made accordingly. Methods The system adopted the BS+CS frame structure, the data layer was based on the platform of Oracle database, and the ap-plied service layer and the client program were developed with Visual Studio 2008.Results 《The Performance Management and Ap-praisal System for Military Hospitals》had certain capacity of data excavation and analysis, flexible generation of report forms and could provide data support for perfect decision-making.Conclusion 《The Performance Management and Appraisal System for Military Hospi-tals》 fully confirmed to the design requirements, could effectively improve the working efficiency and quality of performance appraisal, and could on the whole satisfy the demands of large hospitals.

Abstract:Because of the complexity of the hospital environment, there exist a lot of medical information systems from different vendors with incompatible structures. In order to establish an enterprise hospital information system, the integration among these heterogeneous systems must be considered. Complete integration should cover three aspects: data integration, function integration and workflow integration. However most of the previous design of architecture did not accomplish such a complete integration. This article offers an architecture design of the enterprise hospital information system based on the concept of digital neural network system in hospital. It covers all three aspects of integration, and eventually achieves the target of one virtual data center with Enterprise Viewer for users of different roles. The initial implementation of the architecture in the 5-year Digital Hospital Project in Huzhou Central hospital of Zhejiang Province is also described

Abstract:With the cross-infiltration of information technology in the field of hospital management and the application of computer network technology, the digital construction of hospitals has been gradually promoted and applied, which laid the foundation for the development of hospital nursing management system. Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing is a discipline with strong theoretical, practical and operational skills. At the same time, the specialty of obstetrics and gynecology, the privacy of the cause and the influence of traditional ideas make nursing staff in clinical nursing work. Was hindered. At this stage, the nursing management information system is a software system for processing nursing information established by using information science theory and computer technology method, and is an important part. It can improve the utilization of important resources and the quality and efficiency of nursing work. Based on this, this paper develops and applies the integrated management information system for obstetrics and gynecology health care, and under the guidance of modern software engineering methods, completes the analysis, design and implementation of the system. PowerBuilder is selected as the front-end development tool, and the network structure of the system C/S mode is realized by combining the Oracle database. As a self-developed system, it has great flexibility.

Abstract:Background Existing hospital information systems with simple statistical functions cannot meet current management needs. It is well known that hospital resources are distributed with private property rights among hospitals, such as in the case of the regional coordination of medical services. In this study, to integrate and make full use of medical data effectively, we propose a data warehouse modeling method for the hospital information system. The method can also be employed for a distributed-hospital medical service system.Methods To ensure that hospital information supports the diverse needs of health care, the framework of the hospital information system has three layers: datacenter layer, system-function layer, and user-interface layer. This paper discusses the role of a data warehouse management system in handling hospital information from the establishment of the data theme to the design of a data model to the establishment of a data warehouse. Online analytical processing tools assist user-friendly multidimensional analysis from a number of different angles to extract the required data and information.Results Use of the data warehouse improves online analytical processing and mitigates deficiencies in the decision support system. The hospital information system based on a data warehouse effectively employs statistical analysis and data mining technology to handle massive quantities of historical data, and summarizes from clinical and hospital information for decision making.Conclusions This paper proposes the use of a data warehouse for a hospital information system, specifically a data warehouse for the theme of hospital information to determine latitude, modeling and so on. The processing of patient information is given as an example that demonstrates the usefulness of this method in the case of hospital information management. Data warehouse technology is an evolving technology, and more and more decision support information extracted by data mining and with decision-making technology is required for further research.
