Abstract:Let \begin{document}$ T_{a, \varphi} $\end{document} be a Fourier integral operator defined by the oscillatory integral \begin{document}$ \begin{eqnarray*} T_{a, \varphi}u(x) & = &\frac{1}{(2\pi)^n}\int_{\mathbb{R}^n} e^{ i \varphi(x, \xi)}a(x, \xi) \hat{u}(\xi)d\xi, \end{eqnarray*} $\end{document} where \begin{document}$ a\in L^{p} S^{m}_{\varrho} $\end{document} (\begin{document}$ 1\leq p\leq\infty, $\end{document} \begin{document}$ 0\leq\varrho\leq1 $\end{document}) and \begin{document}$ \varphi\in L^{\infty}\Phi^{2} $\end{document}, satisfying the rough non-degenerate condition. It is showed that if \begin{document}$ 0 \begin{document}$ 1\leq q\leq\infty $\end{document} satisfying the relation \begin{document}$ \frac{1}{r} = \frac{1}{q}+\frac{1}{p} $\end{document}, then \begin{document}$ T_{a, \varphi} $\end{document} is a bounded operator from \begin{document}$ L^{q}(\mathbb{R}^n) $\end{document} to \begin{document}$ L^{r}(\mathbb{R}^n) $\end{document} provided \begin{document}$ mwhere \begin{document}$ s = \min(2, p, q) $\end{document} and \begin{document}$ \frac{1}{s}+\frac{1}{s'} = 1. $\end{document}
