Modeling of single line hole thoracoscope lung cancer radical operation of clinical experience and lessons learned

Abstract:Objective To summarize the clinical experience of the operation mode of single hole thoracoscopic lung resection,lobectomy and lymph node dissection of experience in operation,summarize and analyze the clinical effect.Methods 495 cases of patients with lung cancer,including 320 cases of adenocarcinoma,147 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,24 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma,other 4 cases,adopt Uniportal VATS anatomic lobectomy concurrent lymph node dissection,record the operation time,bleeding volume,lymph nodes and lymph node dissection group number,length of the incision the occurrence of complications,extubation time,hospitalization time and postoperative.Observe the clinical results.Results 495 cases of lung cancer patients were successfully completed surgery,including 10 cases with lymph node interference or vascular variation caused by hemorrhage in open chest surgery.495 cases of patients with operation time was (141.8 ± 30.4) min,the amount of bleeding (80.2 ± 20.8) ml,lymph nodes (12.6 ± 2.8),lymph node (5.2 ± 1.6) group,were found in patients with lymph node metastasis in 84 cases (17.0％),of which the lymph node positive lymph node number (2.4 ± 1.4),incision length (3.2 ± 1.2) cm,extubation time (3.8 ± 0.6) d,hospitalization time (5.2 ± 2.2) d.Postoperative patients with good prognosis,no pulmonary embolism,pulmonary infection,hemorrhage,atelectasis and other serious complications,the other on the 30 day after operation,no patient died.Conclusions It is a safe and effective method to eliminate the lung cancer by single operation,and the visual effect is more beautiful than other methods,and it can reduce the pain of patients after operation.In addition,lobectomy and lymph node dissection is generally considered in clinical complex operation,but also has its corresponding processing method.
