Abstract:First,the quantitative analysis on physical examination status is done by the historical data in healthcare center.Then,the improvement strategies are presented from the aspects of the hard environment,soft environment and informatization construction in the center.Finally,the quantitative analysis process of physical examination status based on information flow is worked out,the basic statistics analysis model is constructed,and a quantitative analysis system on physical examination status is designed.The system improves the service quality and efficiency of physical examination obviously.

Abstract:Objective To investigate privacy awareness of the health physical examination person and strategy for the privacy protection in special health services within a comprehensive hospital of Shenzhen and discuss how to improve the privacy protection countermeasures.Methods Self-designed questionnaires were used to survey 180 health physical examination persons.Results The majority who were surveyed had certain knowledge of medical privacy protection, but some improper situations still existed in the privacy protection of medical care.Conclusions Medical personnel who supply the special medical service should learn more related knowledge of privacy protection, in order to improve the quality of the health physical examination in special medical services.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the condition on safety attitude of medical staffs in general surgery department.Method Investigate 99 medical staffs in general surgery department by safety attitude scale in Chinese version.Figure out the ratio of safety attitude in general surgery department.Analyze safety attitude for staff with different occupation.Take Person correlation analysis between medical staffs' sociological variables and all dimensions of safety attitude.Result Ratio of safety attitude in general surgery department is 42.4%.Nurses have better safety attitude than doctors.There is significant difference on team cooperation and safety atmosphere between nurses and doctors.There is negative correlation between safety attitude and education background,occupation,title.Conclusion Safety attitude of medical staffs in general surgery department is worrying.Corresponding measures should be taken to improve safety culture of department,reduce medical risks and ensure patients' safety.

Abstract:Objective To summarize the experiences of the medical security work in EXPO Park medical center,and provide references for future medical security work.Methods The specific measures included identifying the quality criteria of medical staffs,ensuring good preparation of medical supplies based on personnel selection and skill training,clearing the duties of medical staffs,developing corresponding medical rescue and emergency procedures according to the characteristics of EXPO Park,strictly implementing the disinfection and isolation measures and reporting system.Results During the EXPO,6890 patients were treated in the medical center.The types of diseases included trauma,sunstroke,diarrhea,colds,etc.All patients were treated timely and no medical malpractice and errors occured.Conclusion It is necessary to provide sufficient preparation,perfect systems and high quality services to ensure the quality of medical security work of the Expo.

Abstract:Objective To study the safety problem of hospital information system. Methods Based on 103 hospital information system security research related articles searched from Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, statistical analysis and quantitative research have been performed from annual article distribution, geographical distribution, author distribution, organization distribution, periodical distribution, and subject distribution. Results The safety problem of hospital information system was under investigation and its studing was imbalance in different areas and needed more attention. Conclusion Security strategies for hospital information system have also been discussed.

Abstract:Objective To explore clinical care details and security in ophthalmology.Methods Combining with the actual situation of eye care in our hospital,a questionnaire was designed to investigate clinical care details and security,analyze the reasons of potential safety hazard,and based on it put forward to practical solutions.Results In the sample survey it was found that many nurses were not in accordance with the operating procedures,the occurrence of some errors in the accident,while some nurses lacked the sense of responsibility,ignored the department's environmental health,caused cross-infection in the hospital.After taking strict regulations and the use of cycle model of care,relatively good results achieved.After interventions,patients'care satisfaction had been greatly improved.Conclusions The details of the ophthalmic clinical care are very important.Only strengthening the sense of responsibility of the nursing staff,the use of advanced care model meets the needs of patients.

Abstract:[Objective]To prevent the potential radioactive hazards for protection of medical market security and life and health benefits of people,and further construct safe and orderly environment for radiation treatment.[Methods]On-site test and inspection were adopted to randomly inspect on workplace of radiation treatment of private and individual institution above first class with higher attendance in a district of Shanghai City,as well as the radiation protection facilities.[Results]Of 18 inspected institutions,radioprotection levels met the national standards,and the treatment security was managed well.[Conclusion]The person in charge of the radiation treatment institution should pay much attention to radiation treatment security,earnestly carry out the work of checking and correcting themselves,strengthen radiological protection awareness to effectively prevent the occurrence of radiological hazards.

Abstract:Improving the medical quality and guarantee the safety is the eternal theme of medical industry, which emphasizes the patient-centered and happiness-oriented. The healthcare service is not only a technological but also a high-risk industry. Since that risk exists throughout the medical work, risk prediction and management have become an important part of hospital management. The comprehensive risk management of hospital has been a focus at presence and could be a popular in the future. However, the study of comprehensive risk management for hospitals of Chinese Medicine is still theoretical and lack of summary and communication of practical experience. To improve the quality of medical service and the management level of medical safety, this article preliminarily summarized the innovation theory and practice on construction of comprehensive risk management of hospitals of Chinese Medicine.
Analysis of quality supervision results on health examination in Shanghai from 2010 to 2012

Abstract:Objective:To retrospectively analyze data of quality supervision of health examination centers in the past three years(2010-2012)and to find out the problems and take effective measures. Methods:The results of quality supervision of health examination centers from 2010 to 2012 were statistically analyzed and problems from supervision were considered as a guidance of the analysis. Results:Health examination centers were supervised during the past three years. The excellence proportion of inspection results has increased from the original 52.2%to 76.4%(P<0.05),the percentage of the practicing licenses for health examination has ascended from the original 89.1%to 100%(P<0.001),the qualified rate of the stomatology department has improved from the original 41.3%to 83.1%(P<0.001),the qualified rate of laboratory testing has ascended from the original 56.2%to 82.0%(P<0.001), the qualified rate of the doctors who is responsible for the ultimate audit of the physical examination report has been improved from the original 83.1%to 94.4%(P<0.05),the qualified rate of mandatory testing has ascended from the original 76.4% to 89.9%(P=0.016),the qualified rate of the radiology department has ascended from the original 59.6%to 70.8%(P=0.116). Conclusion:The order has been regulated and health examination centers have reached consensus on the quality of examination in the past three years,while some problems still remain,such as the team of medical staff is unstable,medical workers’ professional practice is not well regulated and structure of the medical staff is unreasonable.

Abstract:Objective To find out the major hazards influencing the health condition of the employees and to provide the basis for carrying on health education by health examination of the whole employees.Methods The data of health exam in various years from medical staff were collected and analyzed statistically.Results The overall marbidity from high to low:higher level cholesterol(24.86%),hyperplasia of mammary glands(19.84%),electrocardiogram abnormity(17.73%),fatty liver(15.81%),prostate gland hypertrophy(15.18%),high blood fat(13.50%) and hysteromyoma(7.13%).It was characteristic that the diseases described above could be detected much more easily among those aged beyond 40 years.Furthermore,in the past two years,8 cases of malignancy were detected.Conclusion The health condition of the employees should be concerned for.Health education should be enhanced.The awareness of self-health protection should be improved and the routine health exam should be persisted.
