Abstract:Objective:To explore the establishment of a hospital medical center of after service mode, and this model for health management of common chronic non-communicable diseases. Methods:The study population was divided into health management intervention group and rou?tine group, the health management group based on routine physical examination. For assessment of the risk of disease and TCM physique, after the examination of health management. The two groups before and after the intervention of statistics for three years to complete the examination and follow-up of the physical indicators, way of life, a common chronic disease in high risk ratio and the change of medical expenses. Results:The prevalence of high risk ratio of this group of type 2 diabetes, hypertension, stroke, coronary heart disease and lung cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer and health management intervention decreased significantly (P< 0. 01 or P< 0. 05 );Part of lifestyle ( exercise and diet?ary habits, smoking,Excessive drinking ) have significantly improved (P<0. 01 or P<0. 05 );The metabolic syndrome high risk population of body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, uric acid significantly decreased (P<0. 05 );A significant decrease of waist circumference, fasting blood glucose and high density lipoprotein (P<0. 01 ); Medical costs three years assistance decreased significantly (P<0. 05); The intervention group medical cost control than the control group (P<0. 05) more ideal. Conclusion:In the network information platform, taking a combination of Chinese and Western Medicine on physical examination pop?ulation health management effectively reduce the risk of chronic disease, it will be fil with cost effectiveness and cost benefit principle, and be used for hospital physical examination center examination health management.
