Using and Mastering the Mass Media: an Important Sign of Governing Capacity

Abstract:Using the mass media properly and managing it reasonably is a sign of a modern political party's governing capacity.In the United States,the parties in power and their political representative,the presidents,keep close relationship with the mass media through various approaches.The parties of proletariat always take mass media as banner and weapon consciously.Chinese Communist Party attaches importance to status and effect of mass media in her governing work,as well as exploitation and using of information resource.Chinese Communist Party also pays attention to hold and regulate the direction,the flux and the quality of information.Moreover,we should learn lessons from those unsuccessful parties who were not kind to mass media or even using mass media in a wrong way.
