Abstract:The target system and influence factors of the optimal treatment installation about environmental pollution, which is based on the analyses about influence factors and investigation about environmental treatment installation, were proposed to solve the difficulties of index-weight determination using comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate many kinds of treatment installation of environmental pollution. Index-weights of the evaluation system were determinated by using the analytic hierarchy process and matrix calculation, which is based on consulting experts. This method offers the gateway for the definition optimal harness installation of environmental contamination.

Abstract:First, this paper analyzes the characters of power plant projects, researches deeply on their subsystems andsummarizes them. Then, it brings about the principals anddemands of power plant project evaluation, creates thecomprehensive evaluation index systems for power plantprojects by using Delphi method and confirms the weights of the indexes. Moreover, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluatingmodel for power plant projects is set up. It makes sure the programs and methods of the comprehensive index systems evaluation for power plant project. Finally, the model is proved practical by putting it into a specific casestuly. This paper does valuably explore on creating index systems, confirming the weights of indexes and establishing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluating model for power plant projects.

Abstract:Internal evaluation is an important part of the service quality evaluation of power supply. This paper proposes an index system of service quality internal evaluation which covers all kinds of the electricity service activities. Also, a model of how to weigh the indexes based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Triangular Fuzzy Number Principle is established, to solve the uncertainty of empowering the indexes. Abstract:This paper focuses on studying the evaluation index system for the production efficiency of tobacco enterprises. Considering the limitations of existing evaluation methods in accurately assessing the production quality of cigarette enterprises, a mathematical model based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is established. This model constructs an evaluation framework for the production efficiency of cigarette enterprises and subsequently analyzes the significance of each index within this framework. To comprehensively analyze the multi-index and feasibility aspects of the selected projects, the AHP method is employed to establish a comprehensive feasibility research and evaluation structure model. The result of this feasibility study provides the conclusion that the construction of an evaluation index system for the production efficiency of cigarette enterprises can indeed promote the enhancement of their production efficiency.

Abstract:An efficient evaluation index system and evaluation method for enterprise informatization is critically important for guiding the implementation and development tasks of enterprise information systems. This paper, based on pre-research for a group of typical enterprises and item, factor and reliability analysis of acquired samples, presents a comprehensive evaluation index system which includes three key first-level indicator sets (consisting of the current status of enterprise informatization, the production management characteristics and the system functional requirements), 16 second-level indicators and 80 third-level indicators. According to the characteristics of the designed objectives in the evaluation index system, we propose to use the grey relative correlation analysis method to evaluate the influencing factors of the enterprise informatization, employ the grey comprehensive correlation analysis method to determine the production management characteristics of the enterprise and adopt the grey clustering assessment technology to assess the information system functional requirements based on Grey System Theory. Moreover, case studies for enterprise informatization that mainly focus on the process enterprises in southwest China were illustrated. The research results show that the proposed evaluation system and evaluation method is reliable, practical, and able to better reflect the level of enterprise information and demand characteristics.

Abstract:Currently, the value of human capital in enterprises is mostly measured in the aspect of its absolute value whereas the measurement methods of which encounter the bottlenecks. In this paper, from the relative value perspective, through questionnaire investigations and statistic analysis, we set up an appraisal system of the relative value of human capital with the stock, skill, organization and contribution of human capital at the core. By using analytic hierarchy process and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, we build up an evaluative and comparative model for the measurement on relative value of human capital and put it into implementation, and provide the objective basis for the assessment and comparison of individuals and the policy-making of human resources management.

Abstract:The paper established the evaluation index system of training quality of high-level tennis team, which comprising five first-class indexes: work planning evaluation index ( i = 4) includes realistic state diagnosis, training goal establishment, specific training content, and training plan formulation; work implementation evaluation index ( i = 4) includes training guarantee conditions, training plan implementation, training process monitoring, and training plan adjustment; work monitoring evaluation index ( i = 5) includes physical function, physical fitness, sports technique, sports tactics, and sport psychology; the evaluation index of team work management ( i = 2) is the team training management and team organization management; and the competition performance index ( i = 2) includes the results of large-scale events and the trend of sports talents. Each index of the system was obtained by sorting analysis of radar chart. The weight table of evaluation index was calculated by analytic hierarchy process. Therefore, the evaluation index system of training quality of high-level tennis team constructed in this study aims to provide reference for real-time monitoring, comprehensive evaluation, and diagnostic evaluation of each link of high-level tennis team training.

Abstract:China's economic development has shifted from high-speed to high-quality. The fundamental of promoting the high-quality development of the real economy lies in real enterprises. Therefore, it is urgent to measure the high-quality development of real enterprises scientifically and reasonably. Herein, we construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for the high-quality development of real enterprises based on the existing research and combined with the characteristics of real enterprises. Then, the high-quality development index for real enterprises is created using factor analysis and AHP. Moreover, we measure and analyze the high-quality development of real enterprises in 2020. The results show that the high-quality development level of Chinese real enterprises remains to be further upgraded. Meanwhile, there are obvious contrasts in the high-quality development index of real enterprises in industries and regions. Finally, we put forward some related policy recommendations, such as enhancing policy relevance, insisting on innovative development, and increasing financial sustainability.

Abstract:The integrated system of system analysts' comprehensive capacity index is the basic work for comprehensive capacity evaluation. This paper first establishes system analysts' capacity model and the evaluation of index system; next constructs the Hierarchical analysis model and Judgment Matrix; then employs analytic hierarchy process to single-sort for the second level indicators and the third level indicators, making the overall level of sorting and receiving the impact weight of the various indicators; at last tests the weight parameter whether fulfill the coherence or not. The results showed that the most important affection of system analysts' capacity is the software technology and strategies of capacity.

Abstract:It is of great sense to correctly appraise the developing level of science and technology park. In order to make the appraisal scientifically, we need an index system and an evaluation model. In this paper, an index system for evaluation of the science and technology park of provincial level has been presented with grey system theory and Delphi Method. A new evaluation model based on trigonal whitenization weight function is formulated. A real evaluation on a science and technology park in Jiangsu Province is conducted. It is concluded from the real evaluation that the science and technology park in Jiangsu Province comes out top in China. But there are some sticking points that interfere with the science and technology park, such as short of talented person and venturous capital, etc., should be taken seriously.

Abstract:It is very difficult for Chinese enterprises to estimate whether the management informatization has been implemented successfully because of lacking a proper evaluation method. This paper involves 3 first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators and 100 third-level indicators which are classified respectively according to informatization basis, application and effect. The third-level index can be chosen flexibly based on given restrictions and actual situation. We propose a comprehensive evaluation method which quantifies the qualitative problems through the questionnaires filled in by the measured object of target enterprises rather than onsite judgment by the experts. To make sure the evaluation method is valid, we evaluated five enterprises and used analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the indicator and the expert. The results of evaluation indicate that the proposed evaluation system is reasonable, simple and practical to reflect the performance of enterprise management informatization.

Abstract:This study addresses the special characteristics and limitations of Chinese enterprises in innovation performance evaluation, and analyzes in depth the unique needs and challenges of these enterprises in the process of technological innovation. By comparing relevant research and practices at home and abroad, this paper proposes a comprehensive set of enterprise technology innovation performance evaluation index system. This study not only helps the management of enterprises to formulate and adjust their technological innovation strategies, but also promotes the improvement of their internal innovation mechanism and culture. In this way, enterprises can allocate and utilize resources more effectively, optimize products and services, and ultimately enhance their overall technological innovation capability and market competitiveness. The enterprise technological innovation performance evaluation index system constructed in this study not only provides a practical technological innovation evaluation tool for enterprises, but also provides policy makers and academics with a new perspective and methodology for studying enterprise technological innovation. This will help promote the continuous development and progress of Chinese enterprises in technological innovation.

Abstract:With rapid development of high-tech enterprises in the global,it has become the significant point of economic growth.It is not enough to monitor the managers of high-tech enterprise by traditional financial supervision mode,for its special characteristics in the technology,operation mode,etc.According to the high-tech enterprises' characteristics,we seperate the financial supervision system into main system,operation system and environment system.Selecting some respective indexes to construct the estimate indexes system of environment system,adopting AHP to fix the weights and choosing the multilevel mater-elements in comprehensive extension evaluation can build a environment estimate system model which can provide feasible methods for a high-tech enterprise financial supervision environment evaluation system.It has been verified empirically that the model have a better results to evaluate the environment system of financial monitors in high-tech enterprise effectively.

Abstract:This paper compares the western countries' performance evaluation theory of EVA, KPI,BSC and TPP with the current performance evaluation system in our country, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation system in China and foreign countries.On the basis of all the evaluation methods,the authors set up the theoretical model and mathematical model of integrated performance evaluation based on enterprise strategy.The index system has 3 layers,5 dimensions and 26 indices.Taking the high-tech enterprise as an example,the application of the model is discussed and the final conclusion is drawn.

Abstract:A comprehensive assessment index system including bearing, maintenance, decoration and fitment, water supply and drainage, heating ventilating and air conditioning （HVAC） , and electrical sub-systems, is developed in this paper by improving the anyalytieal hierarchy process （AHP） method. Qualitative or quantitative evaluation standard and grade are set for every index in the system, and a corresponding evaluation model is constructed to implement fuzzy quantitative evaluation from the subsystem to the intergrated for office buildings. Finanlly, the comprehensive assessment index system and the fuzzy assessment method are demonstrated by engineering practice.
