Abstract:The enterprises' intellectual property capability essentially is the knowledge of creating,managing,protecting and applying patents and is formed by enterprises according to the inner and exterior environment.On the basis,the paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation index system of enterprises patent by using Delphi method and analytical hierarchy process.
