Abstract:In the process of using computer for the design of buildings,the data sharing of all professions in the building industry is one of key issues for the effective use of information technology.CAD layer is a kind of technology to realize data sharing,but it needs to define the standard first for its real application.This paper introduces the main contents of the most important foreign architectural CAD layer standards including the ISO 13567 standard,the AIA standard and the BS 1192 standard——the layer organization and naming format,and the practical application situation of these standards,which provide a reference for the domestic to establish national standards.

The problems easily found in engineering and the things which are to be considered have been pointed out. Some immature items are also discussed.

Although some results have been received, there are still some problems. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to clarify the significance of information management, discover problems in a timely manner, solve problems, and realize the informatization of construction project management as much as possible. Therefore, this paper discusses the practice of information construction of engineering project management.

Abstract:Abstract In the modern information society with the rapid development of science and technology, human beings are producing massive data every moment. Big data technology, which is born of massive data, has become the trend of the times and has a great impact on the reform of all walks of life. At the same time, the civil engineering industry has experienced a slowdown in growth and a shift to intensive growth of quality and efficiency under the new economic normal. The civil engineering industry relies on information technology to get out of the growth dilemma, and big data and BIM Technology are the key to realize civil engineering informatization. Therefore, the research on BIM engineering management platform of big data is carried out, It is helpful to solve the problems of missing building parameters, incomplete and inaccurate information expression and difficult to improve the operation and maintenance of the project. In this paper, through the method of literature review and research, in view of the impact of big data and BIM Technology on Civil Engineering, we come to a conclusion that to build a BIM Technology team, we need a professional BIM project manager, three BIM modeling engineers and one BIM coordinator.

Abstract:Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a process involving the creation and management of objective data with property, unique identity and relationship. In the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry, BIM is adopted a lot in the lifecycle of buildings because of the high integration of information that it enables. Four-dimensional (4D) computer-aided design (CAD) has been adopted for many years to improve the construction planning process. BIM is adopted throughout buildings' lifecycles, in design, construction and operation. This paper presents five large-scale public and financial projects that adopt BIM in the design, construction and operational phases. Different uses of BIM are compared and contrasted in the context of the separate backgrounds. It is concluded that productivity is improved where BIM is used to enable easy sharing and integration of information and convenient collaboration.

Abstract:Building information modeling (BIM) has demonstrated its advantages in improving a mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) layout in the design stage. Unfortunately, BIM applications normally stop prior to the construction stage. The MEP layout design may no longer fit properly during the installation process when there are as-built deviations between structures and the MEP layout. The purpose of this paper is to develop a practical BIM framework for integrating the MEP layout from preliminary design to construction stage. In this framework, BIM models were categorized into five levels of details: 3D MEP preliminary design model, 3D MEP detailed design model, 3D MEP construction design model, MEP construction model and MEP prefabrication model. Four types of coordination steps have been formulated to solve the design and constructability issues. A case study was adopted to validate the practical BIM framework. The results are very encouraging and demonstrate the significant value of the proposed BIM approach. In addition, one issue of collision detection is discussed because 78% collisions are ineffective when using the BIM tools for collision detection; and a significant number of effective collisions (102 collisions) are still detected by the designers and contractors manually. Ultimately, the research renders a practical insight into improving the MEP design and constructability using the developed BIM framework.

Abstract:This research proposes a logical model of computer-supported collaborative work in architectural design, and discusses the collaborative control, collaborative objects, and data management based on the characteristics of the collaborative work goal, implementation process, and control mechanism of architectural design. And local patterns such as design changes. At the same time, the article puts forward a new architectural CAD system 3DMECAD with a three-Model Of Collaborative Work dimensional modeling engine as the core, and demonstrates the system structure, modeling engine concepts and algorithms of the system. This article discusses the basic design ideas, structural system and specific implementation technology of 3DMECAD. The system has the advantages of high integration, strong applicability, and high reliability. It can complete various tasks in the whole process of architectural design and has a wide range of application prospects.

Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid development of urban development and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, China's construction industry has also achieved remarkable development. These buildings are usually large, so they put forward higher and higher requirements for the technical level of engineering construction. Whether it is for the stability or safety of buildings, it must be continuously improved. Basic design is a key part of the structural design of a building. For the safety of buildings, natural disasters or accidental injuries can have extremely bad effects on urban development and people's life. This paper briefly discusses the basic design analysis in architectural structure design, and seeks the key technology in this process to provide a guarantee for the safety of the building.
