Abstract:In order to reduce the harm of the computer virus, the proposal is presented to cut off the computer virus' lifecycle based on the working principles of the computer virus. The effective strategy is to implement the defense mechanism during the design stage, the propagation phase and the operation phase with the safety education, which demonstrates it is effective to reduce the average probability of poisoning about 23%and the percentage of working hours is improved 25%in lab of uni-versities and colleges.

Abstract:In recent years, both electronic jamming and electronic anti-jamming technologies have been greatly developed.Since traditional electronic jamming system is a static interference strategy, it has only several fixed interference modes, resulting the jamming strategy could'nt be changed autonomously as the environment changes. The COV19 virus that broke out in 2019 has spread across the world, causing many people to die. Viruses invading the human body also have the similar function to electronic jamming. In this paper, we transfer the mechanism of viruses invading the human immune system to the field of electronic jamming, acheaving a more intelligent autonomous electronic jamming strategy. The new modern cognitive electronic jamming system could realize the real-time situational awareness and make much more intelligent electronic strategy.

Abstract:The fast growing market for smart phones coupled with their almost continuous online presence makes these devices the new targets of virus writers. It has been recently found that the topological spread of MMS (Multimedia Message Services) viruses is highly restricted by the underlying fragmentation of the call graph. In this paper, we study MMS viruses under another type of spreading behavior: scanning. We find that hybrid MMS viruses including some level of scanning are more dangerous to the mobile community than their standard topological counterparts. However, the effectiveness of both scanning and topological behaviors in MMS viruses can generally be limited by two controlling methods: (i) decreasing susceptible handsets' market share (OS it runs) and (ii) improving monitoring capacity to limit the frequency in which MMS messages can be sent by the mobile viruses.

Abstract:Malicious code under the new situation is more focused on specific scenarios, such as banks, enterprise intranets, Internet of things, etc. Malicious code in different scenarios needs, as a common thing, to bypass anti-virus software and other defense systems. Via study and analysis on the working principle of anti-virus software and a large number of malicious code samples, some anti-anti-virus technology involving white list, code obfuscation, sandbox bypassing and other antivirus-bypassing software tricks is proposed. Based on the above anti-anti-virus technology, the malicious code samples are packaged for a second time, and the tests of their anti-anti-virus killing rates also done on VirusTotal platform. The test results indicate that the anti-anti-virus technology makes the killing rate of malicious code sample significantly reduced, and that the reliance only on anti-virus software for preventing malicious code is not very reliable.

Abstract:Computer viruses are great threats to the operating system and the computer network. In order to handle those emergent situations might appear in the future and make corresponding policies immediately; thorough researches of computer virus propagation are very important and urgently needed. But the spreading methods of computer viruses are different; one simple model is unable to describe all the viruses. On the contrary, different models should be proposed according to the features of different types of viruses. This article proposed a computer virus propagation model to describe those viruses spreading through the P2P file-sharing network. This model took the files in the network as subjects instead of the computers,which are always adopted in the traditional models. It also introduced the notion of hot degree and file-type suitability degree over the sharing files to illustrate the virus propagation more specifically. Valuable conclusions we regained from the model. And the simulation data of this model accorded with the actual statistical data very well.

Abstract:This paper mainly studies computer virus propagation models in networks based on the stability and control. The method of this study is through the learning of computer virus emergence, infection and transmission characteristics from the essence to proceed with further discussion and exploration. Then from the perspective of the stability and control, qualitative analysis is carried out and corresponding coping strategies are put forward to deal with the current three common types of the infection and spread of computer viruses in networks. Through the theoretical knowledge and the study of infection and transmission correlation mechanism about network virus control in different types of networks, two kinds of computer virus infection and spread models are built. The first is SIS Model, and the second is SIR Model. Then the two models will be deeply analyzed and explored through building mathematical models, and the two kinds of computer virus infection and spread models are compared and analyzed scientifically based on in-depth analysis. And that is very important for coping with computer virus control popular in network at present.

Abstract:Computer use is becoming part of our lives every other day however there have been considerable threats of computer viruses in the recent past. Viruses have had adverse effects on data and programs ranging from formatting hard disks, damaging information infrastructure etc. The purpose of the review is to discover the impact of computer virus attack and provide procedures on how individuals can protect their personal computer (PC) against virus attacks. It is important to address the virus attacks and its protective mechanisms among the personal computer users in this electronic world. After identification of typical aspects which leads to computer virus attacks the possible solutions are put forwarded to personal computer users to overcome this virus attacks and their future improvement in computer usage. This paper defines a virus and explain its related terms like phases of viruses, types of viruses worms. It describes the general symptoms of virus attacks and the solutions apart from using anti-virus software, there are other procedures which can help protect against viruses which are also mentioned, the future of computer viruses and the conclusion that the Internet is serving its purpose of interconnecting computer and hence encouraging scattering of viruses then makes some recommendations on viruses.

Abstract:At present, most of the economic, commercial, cultural, social and governmental activities and interactions of countries, at all levels, including individuals, non-governmental organizations and government and governmental institutions, are carried out in cyberspace. Recently, many private companies and government organizations around the world are facing the problem of cyber-attacks and the danger of wireless communication technologies. Today’s world is highly dependent on electronic technology, and protecting this data from cyber-attacks is a challenging issue. The purpose of cyber-attacks is to harm companies financially. In some other cases, cyber-attacks can have military or political purposes. Some of these damages are: PC viruses, knowledge breaks, data distribution service (DDS) and other assault vectors. To this end, various organizations use various solutions to prevent damage caused by cyber-attacks. Cyber security follows real-time information on the latest IT data. So far, various methods had been proposed by researchers around the world to prevent cyber-attacks or reduce the damage caused by them. Some of the methods are in the operational phase and others are in the study phase. The aim of this study is to survey and comprehensively review the standard advances presented in the field of cyber security and to investigate the challenges, weaknesses and strengths of the proposed methods. Different types of new descendant attacks are considered in details. Standard security frameworks are discussed with the history and early-generation cyber-security methods. In addition, emerging trends and recent developments of cyber security and security threats and challenges are presented. It is expected that the comprehensive review study presented for IT and cyber security researchers will be useful.

Abstract:As the computing technology flourishes recently,the computing world is also in the peril of viruses.Network transferred viruses,such as worms,which threat millions of hosts in Internet.As countermeasure of such attacks,the research work for Anti-Virus is urgent affairs and a big problem.This paper describes an implementation of Anti-Virus engine.It focuses on technologies for scanning viruses by the use of virus signatures based on Hex Sig and MD5 Sig.The author implements two Hex-Sig-based scanning algorithms by using binary tree and hash table,and compares the performances of the two algorithms.Some conceived experiments are conducted,and results show that the hash-table-based algorithm achieves better performance in terms of the scanning speed.The author also investigates into a MD5-Sig-based scanning algorithm,and evaluates its performance.Finally,future work is planned and prospected.

Abstract:Viruses remain a significant threat to modern networked computer systems. Despite the best efforts of those who develop anti-virus systems, new viruses and new types of virus that are not dealt with by existing protection schemes appear regularly. In addition, the rate at which a virus can spread has risen dramatically with the increase in connectivity. Defenses against infections by known viruses rely at present on immunization yet, for a variety of reasons, immunization is often only effective on a subset of the nodes in a network and many nodes remain unprotected. Little is known about either the way in which a viral infection proceeds in general or the way that immunization affects the infection process. We present the results of a simulation study of the way in which virus infections propagate through certain types of network and of the effect that partial immunization has on the infection. The key result is that relatively low levels of immunization can slow an infection significantly.
