Abstract:Three-Network Convergence” refers to the way the telecommunications network, the TV broadcasting network, and the Internet converge and develop together, connecting the three networks and sharing their resources in the provisioning of Internet access, TV, and telephone services. A related term “triple play service” refers to the provisioning of the three services over a single broadband connection. The three-network convergence has been proposed for several years but has not yet been completed. The lack of quantitative analysis on network competitions results in difficulties in comparing different convergence proposals and reaching a consensus. To this end, this paper generalizes the current methods for modeling network evolution, and presents a roadmap for the study of the convergence issue with mathematical modeling. Then it examines the core features of the three networks, and finds the functional relationship between network cost and network user volume. Based on the relationship, it builds a three-network convergence evolution model. Finally, numerical calculations are performed by using estimated parameters and several groups of parameters within reasonable limits, and a number of interesting conclusions are drawn. The results show that (1) the convergence process requires additional impetus; (2) it is quite feasible to stimulate the process through financial investment; and (3) after the process is finished, overall network costs will be reduced.

Abstract:Abstract According to the data released by Saixin Media Research "data Broadcasting", the broadcast contact rate in China is 59.5%. Although in the era of media integration, the mobile Internet has some influence on the traditional media, but for broadcasting, it still has no less influence in its hands than in the past, and still maintains a steady upward trend. According to the relevant statistics, on the Internet, the audience on the Internet only ranks second behind the television media, followed by the traditional radio and newspaper traditional media broadcasting. In the process of continuous development and reform, it has not been eliminated by today’s market, but has shown a trend of growth against the trend. Abstract:Purpose - This paper discusses the transformation of Harbin Radio and Television Station in the era of deep media integration, points out the problems faced by Harbin Radio and Television Station in the context of deep media integration and puts forward countermeasure suggestions, responds to the call for media reform, and makes the crisis into a turning point. Design/Methodology/Approach - With the continuous downward trend of the social economy, the social economy has been greatly impacted, and the traditional TV media has also been significantly affected.This paper combines the actual situation of Harbin TV station, and actively explores a traditional media platform modeling transformation road, to accelerate the pace of Harbin broadcasting station media depth integration. Findings - Summarizes the trend of the transformation of the integrated media platform, and on this basis summarizes the problems of the transformation of the Harbin broadcasting station platform as the lack of market analysis in decision-making, the serious homogenization of content style and the lack of human resource reserves. It also presents three countermeasure suggestions: enhancing policy orientation and market analysis, strengthening top-level design, developing specialized content, internally fostering operational talents, and internally cultivating operation talents and building self-control team. Research Implications - This paper takes Harbin Radio and Television Station as an example, summarizes the problems of traditional media platform transformation in terms of market, content, and talent, and puts forward several thoughts on promoting the deep integration of media, which provides reference and reference for the transformation of Harbin TV station’s integrated media.

Theoretical and Practical Issues of Journalism

Abstract:The radio broadcasting industry in China has been operating for more than 40 years. It developed alongside with the policy of reforms and China’s openness, it followed the logic of marketization and institutionalization, it overcame the development boom of the end of the 1980s — the beginning of the 1900s and the period of a decade-long recession on the cusp of the two centuries. The author studied cutting edge literature on the subject of his research and applied such methods as analysis and generalization. The conclusions, concerning the current state and development trends of the radio broadcasting industry in China, have been drawn in relation to four aspects: general background of the branch, market design, ways of monetizing and the development of mass media convergence. To define the market structure in the industry of the radio broadcasting mass media, the author has analyzed the three-level market design, the results of the reforms of the broadcasting and production entities and frequency typing. The analysis of the national policy implementation and of the convergence trends has been taken as a principle to predict trends of development of the mass media convergence in the industry of the broadcasting media. Following the country’s political line, its economic development and the development of new media, Chinese industry of radio broadcasting media shows perfect growth dynamics day by day. In the nearest future, Chinese radio broadcasting will get even closer to convergence with the mobile Internet and other media. The objective of this article is to analyze the current state of Chinese broadcasting industry. The article can be of interest to experts and scientists who specialize in economic research of Chinese broadcasting media and Chinese mass media in general.

Abstract:With the accelerating innovation and convergence & penetration of information technology, China's publishing industry has been gradually transforming and upgrading from digitalization to a new stage of digital intelligence, which in turn has led to the progress and transformation of the entire digital content industry. This article discusses the four aspects of application of media convergence covered by digital media technology, which includes content creative convergence, product/service form convergence, content distribution channel convergence and content consumption convergence. PPMG is taken as an example to explore the theoretical research and practical application of convergent publishing from three levels. From the level of publishing industry, the innovative application of convergence of various elements of the industry chain is discussed, from the level of publishing groups, the innovative application of convergence of production and service models is discussed, and from the level of publishers, the innovative application of convergence of IP development and experience models is discussed. Finally, it is proposed that the direction of convergence publishing development is to deeply plow diversified scene services, to look insight into multi-dimensional user experience, to promote three-dimensional marketing integration, and to provide accurate digital content product services. The media technology in the scene era will change the media form, reshape the new media norm, reconstruct the new ecology of communication, and lay down the new thinking of publishing convergence.

Abstract:The current status of the computer network, cable TV network andpublic switched telephone network is analyzed.
