Abstract:Remote power-supply technology and its states and foreground in modern application on network communication facilities were introduced.A new surveillant block design strategy with high compatibility and modularized was proposed.The structure of remote power-supply system,the hardware design scheme and software strategy on power-management of the power-distribution manager were presented.Experimental results indicate that the new design improves the efficiency of surveillance on the facilities under control,and realizes power distribution with accuracy and intelligence.

Abstract:MDF remote intelligent supervisor system reduces administrators redundance and facilitates concentrating management of the distributed switching offices,which monitors malfunction of the remote office and transfers the messages to the center office. This system adopted ARM7TDMI-S3C44B0X as main processor produced by SAMSUNG Corp. The communication method between center machine and the remote one is based on Ethernet. The paper elaborates the system scheme and the realization of network communication.

Abstract:To meet the requirement of highly real-time, tremendous data transferring and complicated diagnostic causes of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis with power electronic equipment, a novel idea of distributed system with industrial PC (IPC) and PLC controlling field terminal is proposed in this paper. Based on the techniques of power electronics, fault diagnosis and network, a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system with combination of a three-layer C/S structure and Internet is presented, which achieves with high compatibility between different equipment. Furthermore, the paper focuses on the discussion about the structure of compatible systems, the compatibility design of remote monitoring and the realization of field control equipment, such as the data collection sub-system, the real-time monitoring sub-system, the fault diagnosis sub-system and the data disposal and management sub-system, and the design of the data transferring sub-system and the communication protocol format.This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 50207008).

Abstract:With the development of computer technology and power grid, integrated dispatching automation system has been gradually applied and used, for it has made considerable progress in technological advance and fimctional reliability. A method of real-time data acquisition and exchange that adapts to integrated dispatching automation system is proposed, which follows the principle of distributed collection and centralized use. It makes full use of dispatching data network and service bus, to achieve the integration of point multi-source data processing, data forwarding and data remote access, under the situation of normal operation or network failure.

Abstract:A kind of real-time monitoring system is developed, which fits different DCS systems and has a good real-time performance. In this system, the display module runs in web browser as a ActiveX component, which makes it easy to maintain, and a system uses UDP data package to transmit data with a high real-time performance. Abstract:Based on IEC 61970/IEC 61968 standards,this paper presents power a design principle to construct a common distribution management system(DMS) communication platform in Hangzhou Electric Bureau.Utilizing the powerful platform,the DMS can interconnect with EMS,transformer terminal utility system(TTU) and energy system easily.Furthermore,the common platform can discouple the DMS data and external system data.Meanwhile,the platform can process many kinds of external systems data using standard protocol,which gets the information more controllable.

The system takes the both advantages of automatic control and remote control and remains the local manual electrical or mechanical control function. It makes the work of rubber dam more robust, stable and safe, facilitates the users more flexible and improves the power generation efficiency.

Abstract:To overcome the bad real-time performance of remote control system usually used in industrial field,a method is given to implement remote control based on real-time Ethernet,which combines real-time Ethernet,virtual instrument and optic fiber transmission.The result of experiment indicates that the remote control system based on real-time Ethernet has high reliability,better real-time performance and stronger anti-jamming ability,compared with the common PLC remote control system.It has great value in the control of large industrial field.

Abstract:This paper discusses the realization of integrated automation of low voltage substation. In view of these substation's characteristics of multi-load circuits, multi-switch types, complex features and high fault rate, the paper proposes a more reasonable scheme of constructing distributed, multi-layers and multi-microprocessors system. Especially due to the application of effectively combined and modularized local bus, all slave computer systems can be arbitrarily constructed according to substation scale and custom requirement, which ensures the rate of application to deployment near to 1. The proposed scheme is especially suitable to the cases of integrated automation of low voltage substation.

Abstract:Design and development of the remote monitoring and controlling system for die casting workshop based on controller link bus technique with the requirements for integrative management of die casting workshop have been described including the system structure, communication and the implementation of software and hardware for remote monitoring terminal. All the machines in the workshop and the remote monitoring terminal are taken as the nodes in the controller link system. Based on the communication capability of the system, an Omeron PCI board was used as hardware structure for communicating PLC with master machines to realize the high speed exchange of data. The Kingview software was used in the terminal to realize the remote monitoring and management for die casting workshop.

Abstract:The paper focused on design and implementation of remote monitoring system for die casting units, which realized information management of die casting units. The Ethernet network architecture of the system was designed in consideration of the communication distance, communication quality and electromagnetic compatibility. The monitoring terminal used the OPC interface and the Ethernet technique to exchange data with the software PLC in industrial site. Due to the advantages of perfect function and friendly user interface, the industrial configuration software was used as a development tool for the human-computer interface design. The function and the arrangement of the human machine interface were designed according to the requirement of the company. The system realized production process monitoring and production information management through data collecting and processing. Machine status, operating parameters, injection data and production information could be found in HMI.

Abstract:The article compares the two distribution automation systems built 10 years before with now in Jinan Power Supply Company. The old distribution automation system put into operation in July 2002, named iES-DMS1000. From the actual use and maintenance of this system, we summarize the problems of this system. Learn from the experience and lessons of the old distribution network systems, we state the construction of the intelligent distribution automation system building in Jinan Power Supply Company now. Abstract:The research and development of the coal-conveying routine control system in large thermal power plants is introduced. A DCS (distributed control system) is designed, which consists of two industrial-class 80486 machines as the host computers, two sets of OMRON C2000H PLC (programmable logical controller) as the central control station, and some C200H, C20HS, MCS-8051, MCS-8098 as the substations. Several control manner including one-to-one control, central control and coal-conveying route control of all of 45 main devices are provided by the system. The wireless remote control based on coal-feeding control and the coal auto-allotted control are also implemented in the system.
