Abstract:According to Five Laws of Library Science, library is a growing organism. Its innovation, therefore, becomes a perennial topic of library. However, how to discern the true innovation is a problem to address. In this paper, the innovation is discussed in three aspects as follows:"gaining new knowledge by review" "keeping diversity and blending five colors in harmony" "creating somethingness from nothingness", which are interpreted by the author as innovative transfer, innovative integration, and innovative development respectively. The above three ideas constitute all meanings of innovation. Innovation is not only consciousness, but methods. Consciousness is interpreted as tao, and method be done as qi. Both of them are inseparable, generating innovation incessantly. Library is a symbol of civilization and humanity, with a close tie to which it is regarded as a divine place. Thus, how to cultivate the humanistic spirit of librarian is key to the development of library career. Above all, this paper gives us a further discussion about the meanings of humanistic spirit from following five perspectives, including orientation of civilization, orientation of goodness,orientation of morality, orientation of fulfilling obligations for human beings, orientation of sparing no effort to realize the following four aspirations, including the aspiration to ordain conscience for Heaven and Earth, to secure life and fortune for the people, to continue lost teachings of past sages, and to establish peace for all future generations. Accordingly, Nanjing Library carries on all works in the spirit of innovation and humanity.

Abstract:The implementation of human resource management in universities is determined by the special nature and strategic position of universities. Good human resource management can improve the level of competition in colleges and universities, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of faculty and staff, and promote various in-depth reforms within colleges and universities. New models such as parallel management, transposition management, and incentive-driven management based on management objects have become an important way for traditional human resource management to transform to modern management. At the same time, managers are required to strengthen the construction of talent teams, optimize resource allocation, and strengthen job appointment assessment, etc., for construction. Abstract:The library plays an important role in the education and research of higher education. An effective man-machine-environment system (MMES) can guarantee the full and efficient use of the library information resources by the teachers and students. Based on the ergonomics theory, this paper investigates the composition factors of the MMES of the university library and its interrelations, analyzes the typical man-machine interface and the main humanistic function of the library in current Internet conditions, and discusses the optimization method of the MMES. The results show that in the network environment, the man-machine-environment system of university library contains many virtual man-machine interfaces and the man-machine interaction factors. Internet-based applications are the characteristics of the current university library, and the university library in the network environment should pay attention to man-machine interaction interface construction and humanized self-service function promotion. The conclusions may provide some implications for network-based and human-oriented improvement of the university library.

Abstract:Abstract The college library is one of the three pillars of school operation, shouldering the important task of teaching and research services, and is the center of auxiliary teaching, information sharing, academic activities, and cultural inheritance in colleges and universities. The strengths and weaknesses of library construction reflect the level of education and research of the school from one side, and its role in the school construction is self-evident. Therefore, to improve the quality of borrowing by school teachers and students and enhance the utilization rate of library resources. This paper designs a hybrid optimization recommendation algorithm based on the UserCF algorithm and Doc2Vec algorithm in big data to improve the library management and recommendation service. Finally, by summarizing the experimental results, it is concluded that the system running based on this hybrid optimization recommendation algorithm can accurately mine the data of library users’ behavioral preferences, and at the same time can efficiently and precisely recommend the information for readers’ needs. The citation of this optimization algorithm is further demonstrated to achieve the expected results.
