Abstract:Nowadays the educational system needs to update itself to meet with the ever-changing society and Physical Education is with no exception.In regard to that,the article studies and analyses the present teaching practicing system of PE majors in college schools and mainly suggests that colleges should attach importance to the students' social practice and teachers' quality and at meantime colleges also should take some measures to improve working efficiency,make full use of teaching periods and combine teaching content and its form in a more reasonable way to build a proper and feasible teaching practicing system of PE majors.

Abstract:This study adopts the method of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,etc.to investigate the structure of professional title,education background,academic geopolitical relationship,specialized knowledge and skills and teacher's adult education situation of 20 universities'P.E.faculty from the aspect of integrity and comprehensiveness.The study shows that the title structure and age structure tend to be rationalized;Teacher's adult education lacks of fund and opportunity,the education structure is relatively low,academic geopolitical relationship structure is simple and has apparent divided by region.Based on the current situation,this survey proposes a countermeasure to perfect the construction of China's P.E.faculty.

Abstract:According to questionnaires and interviews with experts,we probe and analyze the present situation of people's understanding about students' role as subject in teaching of P.E.with new ideas.We learn that students' understanding about new Schema of Curriculum and their aim in study is very superficial and vague.In addition,students' development is restricted by the space and equipment,teaching environment,evaluation of curriculum,and system of selecting courses.However,the teaching model of "Three Independences" in the new schema begins with students' independent study,demanding developing student's activeness,initiative,independence.And creativity to the full.Its teaching effect and the understanding about students' role as subject are better than that of the traditional one.It puts forward that we should expand P.E.teachers' continued education and improve the management and equipment.It also poses to establish a model of studying P.E.theory on line that will satisfy students' need,as well as to realize the proposition of(making) the evaluation subject become many faceted.

Abstract:The authors think that there exists difficulty to understand and implement the professionalization of contemporary P.E.teachers in middle schools after a questionnaire covering 150 P.E.teachers in 15 middle schools located in 5 districts in Shanghai.The difficulty is manifested by the phenomenon that though the public are in a hot pursuit to take PE as their major,most of them lack the ability.The P.E.majors are unaware of the utmost goal of the major,unqualified for scientific researches.Besides,the prospect for the major is bleak.That's why we'd like to put forward the proposal to encourage the development of the P.E.majors in an all-round way,lay out a major development plan suitable for personal potentials and requirements,"learn to be a smart-learner",enhance cooperation and establish "the system of collaborative learning process".Thus,we can play an active role in promoting the reform on P.E.major courses in the institutions of higher learning.
