Theoretical Analysis and Clinical Application of"Acupuncture Joint Technique"

Abstract:Objective Through the corresponding analysis of “four streets”and “five chaos”theory,and the corresponding clinical cases,to explore the effectiveness of “Acupuncture Joint Technique”in clinical acupuncture treatment. Methods According to the needs of reinforcing and purging specific acupoints,reinforcing and purging with respiration were performed. When the blood-letting needle was punctured and blood-letting was carried out, the blood could not be released by means of massage and extrusion. Specific points were as follows:Qi in the chest street: in the heart to take God gate,Big mausoleum,in the lung to take Thenar,Taixi;Gas in the belly street:To take Hidden white,Dadu,Calendar,the Inner court,not down the needle of Hand-foot sanli;Qi in Toujie:Take Tianzhu and Dazhu,but not Tonggu and Shugu;Qi in the Tibial Street:Eight evil points prick and bleed,taking Two rooms,Three rooms,Liquid gate,Zhongzhu,Neiting,Sinken Bone,Xiaxi,Foot in tears. In the “Acupunc ture Joint Technique”,only the large meridian of the arm and tibia Qi Street“knots”at the Eight evils,the root of the disease was at the Eight evils,so it was necessary to prick and bleed with a three edged needle. Results The treatment of Qi in head,Qi in chest,Qi in abdomen,Qi in tibia by“Acupuncture Joint Technique”can effectively reduce dizziness,migraine,vision confusion;Chest tightness less gas,palpitation and irritability;Abdominal distension;Limb sleepiness,pain and a series of“five chaos”symptoms,its clinical therapeutic effect is very remarkable. Conclusion “Acupuncture Joint Technique”can quickly open up the Qi and blood nodes,remove blood stasis and generate new blood,dredge the meridians,promote the circulation of Qi and blood,and maintain the dynamic balance of the human body by acupuncture specific acupoints,and its curative effect is significant and lasting.
