Abstract:The title compound, C14H14BrNO4, contains a tricyclic ring system including three contiguous stereocenters all of which exhibit an R configuration. The cyclo-hexa-none ring adopts a chair conformation. The central oxane ring assumes a strained envelope conformation, with five of the ring atoms being nearly coplanar with the bromo-phenyl group and with the C atom adjacent to the O atom and fused with the cyclo-hexa-none ring as the flap. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked into a three-dimensional network by C-H⋯O inter-actions.

Abstract:In the title compound, C(13)H(12)BrNO(4), the dihedral angles between the aminomethylene group and the dioxane ring and between the benzyl ring and the aminomethylene unit are 7.96 (4) and 12.15 (4)degrees, respectively. Abstract:In the title compound, C18H23NO3, the cyclo-hexane ring has a chair conformation. The oxirane plane (OCC) makes a dihedral angle of 76.15 (13)° with that of the pyrrolidine ring to which it is fused. The mean plane of the cyclo-hexane ring and the benzene ring are almost normal to the pyrrolidine ring, with dihedral angles of 88.47 (8) and 77.85 (8)°, respectively. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked via pairs of N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming inversion dimers. These dimers are linked via pairs of C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming chains along the a-axis direction.
