On Institutional Trap of Rural Poverty Reduction in China:An Analysis Framework Based on Organization

Abstract:The system of rural poverty reduction in China has recently fallen into institutional trap that can be represented by the slowing down tendency of marginal returens to investment for poverty reduction and by great pressure of “backward to poverty” termed friability of poverty population, and an new survey should, therefore, be made into the anti poverty system dominated by the government. It is found out that the key to getting out of the trap is likely to be the establishment of farmers' inner incentive system that is also effectively supported by famers' systematism. After a systemic anakysis of inner logicality of farmers' systematism and its effects during poverty famers' organizing process, this paper provides some evidences for the deduction of the common point of view between farmers' systmatism and rural poverty reduction.
