Abstract:Objective To study the clinical significance of plasma thrombomodulin(TM), protein C(PC) antigen and D - dime (D-D) before and after treatment in liver cancer patients. Methods 25 liver cancer patients were selected into the study, the levels of plasma thrombomodulin and protein C antigen were measured by ELISA, and D-D was tested by immunoturbidimetric method. Results There were differences among three periods(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ)of hepatocarcinoma, plasma levels of TM and D - D increasing and PC decreasing with upgrading of the stage. The PC levels of patients among two periods(Ⅰ,Ⅱ) after operation decreased far more, the DD levels increased, and the TM levels went down but these in Ⅱ periods were higher than that in the contrast groups. Conclusion The plasma levels of TM, PC antigen and D-D can be used as one of die indicator of the development, curative effect and prognosis of liver cancer.
Detection of Thrombomodulin Level in Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Abstract:Purpose To detect the thrombomodulin(TM) level in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and explore its relation to the clinicopathological futures of HCC. Methods 45 cases of patients with HCC,6 cases of patients with benign liver occupying lesions(BLOL) and 10 adult control were enrolled in this study.Pre-and-postoperative plasma TM level of patients with HCC and (BLOL) was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,and the expression of TM in human HCC tissues was determined by immunohistochemistry assay. Results The preoperative plasma TM level of patients with HCC(10.2±5.7)ng/mL was significantly higher than that of those patients with BLOL(6.1±2.2)ng/mL and that of normal control(5.7±1.0)ng/mL,respectively(P0.05).The postoperative TM level of 40 patients with HCC whose tumors had been removed decreased significantly than the preoperative TM level[(10.8± 5.3) ng/mL versus (7.6±4.2)ng/mL,P0.05],whereas there was no significant difference between the preoperative and postoperative TM level of 6 patients with BLOL(P0.05).The preoperative plasma TM level of patients with single HCC(11.5±5.9)ng/mL or no portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT)(11.4±5.6)ng/mL was significantly higher than that of those patients with multiple HCC(8.1±4.6)ng/mL or PVTT(6.9±4.5)ng/mL,respectively(P0.05).The preoperative plasma TM level of the patients with HCC tissue that stained positive for TM was significantly higher than those with tissue that stained negative for TM(P0.05).The postoperative plasma TM level showed no difference between the patients with HCC tissue stained positive and negative for TM(P0.05).There was also no significant difference between the plasma TM level and other clinicopathological futures. Conclusions Plasma TM increases in patients with HCC and correlates the formation of PVTT.

Abstract:Malignant tumor is one of the important acquired risk factors of venous thromboembolism (VTE). As the transmembrane receptor of coagulation factor Ⅶ and activated coagulation factor Ⅶa , tissue factor is the main initiator of exogenous coagulation. Tissue factor positive particles expressed and released by tumor cells enter the circulation and mediate thrombosis in patients with surgical treatment and distant tumor metastasis; the enhanced procoagulant activity of tissue factor after chemotherapy makes many cancer patients more likely to develop thromboembolic disease. Tissue factors can also be used to predict the risk of VTE in patients with pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer and ovarian cancer.This article summarizes the role of tissue factor in VTE of cancer patients at different treatment stages, and further clarifies the relationship between tissue factor and the risk of VTE in cancer patients.
Relationship Between Plasma Tissue Factor and Pathological Features of Lung Cancer

Abstract:[Purpose] To investigate the relationship between tissue factor(TF)and pathological features of lung cancer.[Methods] The plasma TF levels were defected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method in 104 cases with lung cancer pathologically proved,36 cases with benign lung disease and 30 healthy controls.[Results]The plasma TF levels in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in benign and controls(P<0.01).No significant difference was found among TF levels in subgroups of NSCLC(P>0.05).Higher TF level were detected in SCLC group than that in NSCLC group(P<0.01).The plasma TF levels were significantly higher in NSCLC cases stages Ⅲ,Ⅳ than those in cases stagesⅠandⅡ(P<0.05,P<0.01).The plasma TF level was significantly higher in SCLC cases stages Ⅳthan that in cases stages Ⅲ(P<0.01).[Conclusions] TF level is related to pathological types in lung cancer.The TF level in patients with lung cancer rises with TNM up staged.It may be served as prognostic marker for lung cancer.

Methods: Pre- and-postoperative plasma TM levels of 45 patients with HCC and six patients with benign liver-occupying lesion were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the expression of TM in human HCC tissues was determined by immunohistochemistry assay. Results: The preoperative plasma TM level of patients with HCC (10.2±5.7 ng/ml) was significantly higher than that of those patients with benign liver-occupying lesion (6.1±2.2 ng/ml) and that of normal controls (5.7±1.0 ng/ml), respectively (P<0.05). The preoperative plasma TM level of the patients with HCC tissue that stained positive for TM was significantly higher than those with tissue that stained negative for TM (12.2±6.5 ng/ml versus 8.7±4.6 ng/ml, P<0.05). The postoperative plasma TM level showed no difference between the patients with HCC tissue stained positive and negative for TM (8.3±4.1 ng/ml versus 7.6±4.4 ng/ml, P>0.05). There was also no significant difference between the plasma TM level and other clinicopathological futures. Conclusions: Plasma TM increases in patients with HCC and can be a biomarker of the formation of PVTT.

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical value of plasma thrombomodulin (PTM) in different diseases or in different severity or complications of diseases, PTM in 979 patients and 60 healthy controls was determined by ELISA method. The results showed that the PTM level in the control group was 20.40 ± 7.72 μg/L, there was no difference in sex and ages. In chronic primary glomerular disease, the PTM level in chronic renal failure (CRF)group was higher than that in non-CRF group (P ＜ 0.01 ). PTM level ＞ 70 μg/L was defined as its positive criterion.The sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value in PTM were 85.7%, 82.4% and 77.8% respectively. The PTM level in septemia group was higher than that in non-septemia group ( P ＜ 0.01 ), the sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value were 86.6%, 89.5% and 76.5% respectively ( ＞ 50 μg/L as its positive criterion). With respect of multiple trauma, the PTM level in multiple organ failare (MOF) group was higher than that in non-MOF group ( P ＜0.01 ), while the sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value were 77.8%, 77.3% and 73.7% respectively ( ＞40 μg/L as its positive criterion). For systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), the PTM level in the patients with albuminuria was higher than that in the patients without albuminuria (P ＜ 0.01 ), and the sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value were 77.8%, 92.3% and 93.3% respectively ( ＞ 35.54 μg/L as its positive criterion). For diabetes, the PTM level in complication group was higher than that in group without complications, the sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value were 53.4% ,97.1% and 98.6% respectively ( ＞ 35.54 μg/L as its positive criterion).The PTM level in microangiopathy group was higher than that in macroangiopathy group (P ＜ 0.01 ). The sensitivity,specificity and positive predictive value were 71.2%, 97.1% and 97.9% respectively. Acute leukemia (AL) and multiple myeloma (MM) had higher PTM level and PTM level was extremely high when renal failure developed ( P ＜ 0.01 ). As compared the acute stage with the restoration stage in stroke, pre-chemotherapeutics with post-chemotherapeutics in AL and MM, and pre-operation with post-operation in cancer, the PTM level was connected with clinical development. The PTM level in the patients with microangiopathy was higher than that in the patients with macroangiopathy (P＜ 0.01 ). The defined PTM level was higher than its normal upper limit as PTM positive criterion in microangiopathy diseases, the sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value were 77.7%, 71.2% and 75.6% respectively. It is concluded that PTM level is a good criterion in evaluating the microangiopathy, and PTM is also a valuable indicator in prediction or assessment of the severity of diseases, or evaluation of therapeutic effectiveness.
Clinical Significance of Plasma D-Dimeride Detection in Patients with Breast Cancer

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical significance and judge prognostic value of plasma D-dimeride detection in patients with breast cancer.Methods 149 patients with breast cancer(breast cancer group),89 patients with mammary benign tumor(benign tumor group) and 82 healthy women(healthy control group) were enrolled in the study.The level of D-dimeride,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cancer antigen 15-3(CA15-3),cancer antigen 125(CA125) and acceptor of breast cancer were measured.Results The level of D-dimeride in breast cancer group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P0.001),while there was no statistical significance between benign tumor group and healthy control group(P0.05).The level of D-dimeride in the breast cancer patients in stages Ⅲ~Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in stagesⅠ~Ⅱ(P0.001).Plasma D-dimeride was significantly higher in patients with axillary lymph node metastasis than that in patients without axillary lymph node metastasis(P0.001).Plasma D-dimeride was significantly higher in patients with distant organ metastasis than that in patients without distant organ metastasis(P0.001).Plasma D-dimeride was correlated with CEA,CA15-3 and CA125.Conclusion The D-dimeride level is associated with clinical stages and metastasis.Clinically it is an important prognostic marker in breast cancer.
Differential expression of mimecan and thioredoxin domain-containing protein 5 in colorectal adenoma and cancer: a proteomic study.

Abstract:Adenoma is the major precursor lesion of colorectal cancer, one of the most common cancers worldwide. The elucidation of the molecular mechanism underlying adenoma is essential for early detection, prevention, and intervention of colorectal cancer. Using a combination of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry, we identified 27 differentially expressed proteins in adenoma, compared with matched normal mucosa and cancer tissue. Seventeen proteins were upregulated and six downregulated in adenoma when compared with the same proteins in individual-matched normal mucosa. Four were downregulated, but none upregulated in adenoma when compared with the same proteins in matched cancer tissue. Two novel proteins, mimecan and thioredoxin domain-containing protein 5 (TXNDC5), were further validated by Western blot in 8 colorectal adenomas and 19 cancers that were matched with normal mucosa. All adenoma and cancer tissues did not express mimecan, but all normal mucosa did (P < 0.01). In contrast, TXNDC5 was significantly upregulated in colorectal adenoma and cancer tissues as compared with that in normal mucosa (P < 0.05). This study clearly demonstrated that absence of mimecan and upregulation of TXNDC5 are involved in the early development of colorectal cancer. Thus, the differentially expressed proteins might serve as potential biomarkers for colorectal cancer detection and intervention.
The Significance of Plasma Thrombomodulin in Appraising Vascular Lesions and Complication in Diseases

Abstract:Objective To explore significance of plasma thrombomodulin(PTM) in appraising vascular lesions and complication in diseases.Methods PTM concentration was measured by ELISA.Results The PTM level,in macrovascular cardio-cerebrovascular diseases(coronary heart disease,cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage) was slightly increased,average concentration was under 35 μg/L. The PTM levels of microangiopathy(primary chronic glomerulonephritis,urine protein positive group in SLE,complication group in diabetes mellitus,MOF and DIC) were all markedly increased,average concentration was40 μg/L and significantly higher than that in other groups of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases(P0.01).PTM levels of disease stages or complication in renal failure group of primary chronic glomerulonephritis were markedly higher than those in non-renal failure group(124.10±61.47 vs 51.13±35.68 μg/L,P0.01),SLE in urine protein positive group was markedly higher than that in urine protein negative group(55.81±38.49 vs 22.26±8.55 μg/L,P0.01),microangiopathy group in diabetes mellitus was markedly higher than in macrovascular disease group(43.10±13.28 vs 31.89±8.25 μg/L,P0.01). The PTM level of DIC(126.25±62.06 μg/L)was markedly higher than that in other groups(P0.01).Conclusion Test of PTM concentration can appraise vascular lesion types and complication in diseases.It has special significance in clinic and can provide new thoughts in studying the relation of pathological change and angiopathy.

Abstract:Breast cancer is the most frequent cancer in women in the USA and the second most common cause of death in females who develop cancer. Recently, the detection of circulating tumor cells has emerged as a promising tool for monitoring the progression of clinically occult micrometastases in breast cancer patients. Sensitive molecular techniques, primarily based upon the reverse-transcriptase PCR, using various molecules as markers, have been developed to detect circulating tumor cells. Among those molecules, human mammaglobin mRNA has been found to be the most specific marker for the hematogenous spread of breast cancer cells. In this article, we review the current knowledge regarding the use of reverse-transcriptase PCR for detecting human mammaglobin mRNA as a biomarker for circulating tumor cells in breast cancer patients, and evaluate the clinical implications of human mammaglobin since it was first isolated in 1996.
Significance of Expression of Thrombospondin- 1 and Receptor- CD36 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Abstract:AIM: To study the expression of thrombospondin-1 (TSP-1) and receptor-CD36, and investigate the relationship between tumor invasive capability and microvessel density and thrombospondin-1. METHODS: 43 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cases were under investigation. Tissues from tumor, corresponding adjacent non-HCC tissue were stained with CD34 to show the MVD. TSP-1 and CD36 were examined by immunohistochemistry (SP) and RT-PCR. Relationship between clinical pathological features and above parameters was analyed. RESULTS: The staining of TSP-1 in HCC tissue is significantly lower than that in corresponding adjacent non-HCC tissue. Expression of TSP-1 was correlated to tumor thrombi, capsule, tumor invasive capability and CD36. CD36 was also correlated to tumor thrombi and tumor invasive capability. MVD was significantly higher in TSP-1, CD36 positive group than that in negative group. CONCLUSION: TSP-1 inhibits the growth, invasion and angiogenesis in HCC. TSP-1 may take effect through CD36.
The Role of Thrombomodulin in Estrogen-Receptor-Positive Breast Cancer Progression, Metastasis, and Curcumin Sensitivity

Abstract:Estrogen and estrogen receptors (ER) play a key role in breast cancer progression, which can be treated with endocrine therapy. Nevertheless, resistance to endocrine therapies is developed over time. The tumor expression of thrombomodulin (TM) is correlated with favorable prognosis in several types of cancer. However, this correlation has not yet been confirmed in ER-positive (ER+) breast cancer. This study aims to evaluate the role of TM in ER+ breast cancer. Firstly, we found that lower TM expression correlates to poor overall survival (OS) and relapse-free survival (RFS) rates in ER+ breast cancer patients through Kaplan–Meier survival analysis (p 40 μM) to the curcumin treatment. The PI staining, DAPI, and tunnel assay also confirmed that the curcumin-induced apoptosis in TM-KD MCF7 cells was higher (90.34%) than in the scrambled control cells (48.54%). Finally, the expressions of drug-resistant genes (ABCC1, LRP1, MRP5, and MDR1) were determined by qPCR. We found that the relative mRNA expression levels of ABCC1, LRP1, and MDR1 genes after curcumin treatment were higher in scrambled control cells than in TM-KD cells. In conclusion, our results demonstrated that TM plays a suppressive role in the progression and metastasis of ER+ breast cancer, and it regulates curcumin sensitivity by interfering with ABCC1, LRP1, and MDR1 gene expression.

Expression of Thrombin Receptor with Tissue Factor and Thrombomodulin in Human Pancreatic Cancer Cells

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of tissue factor (TF), thrombin receptor (TR) and thrombomodulin (TM) in human pancreatic cancer cells. Methods Human pancreatic carcinoma cell lines ( n =4) were studied by using cell culture, immunocytochemistry and Northern blotting analysis. Results Both TF and TR were predominantly cytoplasmic in distribution, TM was membrane localized. The higher TR expression, the lower TM expression. TRmRNA was expressed in 4 pancreatic cancer cell lines (CaPan 2, MiaPaCa 2, Panc 1 and BxPC 3). Thrombin and hirudin decreased the TRmRNA expression. Thrombin treatment increased DNA synthesis of MiaPaCa 2 and Panc 1 cells. Conclusion The expression of TF, TR and TM might take part in the pathogenesis of hypercoagulable state in pancreatic cancer.

Abstract:Thrombospondin-1 (TSP-1), a matricellular protein and one of the first endogenous anti-angiogenic molecules identified, has long been considered a potent modulator of human diseases. While the therapeutic effect of TSP-1 to suppress cancer was investigated in both research and clinical settings, the mechanisms of how TSP-1 is regulated in cancer remain elusive, and the scientific answers to the question of whether TSP-1 expressions can be utilized as diagnostic or prognostic marker for patients with cancer are largely inconsistent. Moreover, TSP-1 plays crucial functions in angiogenesis, inflammation and tissue remodelling, which are essential biological processes in the progression of many cardiovascular diseases, and therefore, its dysregulated expressions in such conditions may have therapeutic significance. Herein, we critically analysed the literature pertaining to TSP-1 expression in circulating blood and pathological tissues in various types of cancer as well as cardiovascular and inflammation-related diseases in humans. We compare the secretion rates of TSP-1 by different cancer and non-cancer cells and discuss the potential connection between the expression changes of TSP-1 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) observed in patients with cancer. Moreover, the pattern and emerging significance of TSP-1 profiles in cardiovascular disease, such as peripheral arterial disease, diabetes and other related non-cancer disorders, are highlighted. The analysis of published TSP-1 data presented in this review may have implications for the future exploration of novel TSP-1-based treatment strategies for cancer and cardiovascular-related diseases.

Abstract:Background: Gastric cancer (GC) is the fifth leading cancer in the world. The dysregulated expressions of the thrombospondin (THBS) family were reported to associate with GC, but their relations with tumor stage, prognosis, and correlations with tumor immunity have not been systematically reported. Methods: We used versatile public databases such as Oncomine, GEPIA, UALCAN, Kaplan–Meier Plotter, LinkedOmics, STRING, cBioPortal, TIMER, and TISIDB to analyze the expression and mutations of different THBSs in GC, along with their functional networks, survival analysis, and tumor–immune interactions. Results: The mRNA levels of THBS2 , THBS4, and COMP were significantly higher in the tumor tissues; the expression levels of THBS1 , THBS2 , and THBS4 were higher in stages 2–4 than that of stage 1; patients with high expression of THBS1 , THBS2 , THBS4 , and COMP had poor OS; the genes correlated with THBSs were enriched in focal adhesion, glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis, ECM-receptor interaction, and hedgehog signaling pathway; THBS1 and THBS4 expression had significant correlations with tumor purity, and all the THBSs expression correlated with macrophage and dendritic cells infiltration. Conclusions: THBS2, THBS4, and COMP were potentially diagnostic markers for GC; THBS1, THBS2, THBS4, and COMP were potentially prognostic markers for GC; investigating the relations of THBSs and tumor immunology might help in immunotherapy of GC, while more studies are needed to confirm these results.

Study on the Change of Blood Plasma D-dimer in Digestive System Cancer Patients Before and after Chemotherapy

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the relation and predictive value of D-dimer levels with chemotherapy response in digestive cancer patients.Methods: 80 patients were evaluated and analysed(48 cases were male,32 cases were female);77 patients were at the advanced stage.D-dimer levels were measured before and after 2 cycles of combination chemotherapy.D-dimer was measured with immune nephelometry in Sysmex CA-7000 automatic analyzer.Results: D-dimer levels of the Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage digests cancer were(1.15±0.48),(1.98±0.77) mg/L respectively,Ⅱ stage digests cancer was(0.28±0.09) mg/L,there were significant differences among the D-dimer levels of three stages(P0.01).After chemotherapy,37 cases were complete response(CR) and partial response(PR),25 cases were stable disease(SD),18 cases progressive disease(PD),D-dimer levels were(0.79±0.24),(1.82±0.27),(5.28±0.56) mg/L respectively after treatment.After chemotherapy,the D-dimer levels of availability group(PR+CR) in the Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage were lower than before chemotherapy(P0.05),and the progressive disease group was higher than before chemotherapy(P0.05),and not changed in SD patients(P0.05).Conclusion: Levels of plasma D-dimer can be considered as a potential predictor in observing the clinical stages,prognosis judging and chemotherapy effect of metastatic gastric cancer.
TAT and PIC Better Than D-dimer in Monitoring Hypercoagulability of Cancer Patients

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the variation tendency of coagulation and fibrinolysis biomarkers in cancer patients and to explore the effect of these biomarkers for the diagnosis of thrombosis in cancer patients. Methods 171 cancer patients admitted to hospital from September 2017 to July 2019 were enrolled in the study, including 40 cancer patients undergoing surgery, 108 cancer patients without surgery in control group and 23 cancer patients with thrombus. New coagulation and fibrinolysis biomarkers, TM (Thrombomodulin), TAT (Thrombin-antithrombin complex), PIC (Plasmin alpha 2-plasmin inhibitor complex) and t-PAI · C (Tissue plasminogen activator-plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 complex), were tested in every patient. In addition, these new biomarkers are compared with D-dimer. Results A statistically difference was available on the value of TAT, TM, PIC, t-PAIC, between postoperative cancer patients group and control group (P<0.05, respectively). TAT, TM and PIC in thrombosis cancer group were higher than those in non-thrombosis cancer group (P<0.05;respectively). ROC was used to evaluate the performance of D-dimer, TAT and PIC on thrombosis in cancer patients. The results showed that the AUC of PIC and TAT were both higher than D-dimer (0.871 vs. 0.619;0.788 vs. 0.619). The specificity of PIC alone was higher than that of D-dimer(91.9％ vs. 82.4％), and the sensitivity of PIC and TAT alone was higher than that of D-dimer(73.9％ vs. 47.8％, 73.9％ vs. 47.8％, respectively). Conclusions The activity of coagulation and fibrinolysis in cancer patients was abnormally enhanced. TAT and PIC were better than D-dimer for the diagnosis of thrombosis in cancer patients.
Diagnostic and Prognostic Roles of Thrombospondin-2 in Digestive System Cancers

Abstract:Background. Cancers of digestive system have high case-fatality rate. It is important to find more appropriate methods in diagnosing and predicting gastrointestinal malignances. And thrombospondin-2 (TSP-2) was reported to have the functions, although results were not identical. So we performed this meta-analysis to clarify the significance of TSP-2 in this area. Methods. PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, and Clinicaltrial.gov were searched for relevant studies. Data were extracted from these involved records. For the meta-analysis of diagnostic test, bivariate mixed effect model was used to estimate diagnostic accuracy. For prognosis part, HRs and their 95% CIs were pooled to compare the overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) between patients with high TSP-2 and low TSP-2. Results. Nine records were eligible for the analysis of diagnostic test. Pooled results were as follows: sensitivity 0.60 (0.52, 0.68), specificity 0.96 (0.91, 0.98), positive likelihood ratio (PLR) 15.4 (7.3, 32.2), negative likelihood ratio (NLR) 0.42 (0.34, 0.50), and diagnostic odds ratio (DOR) 37 (18, 76). While in prognosis part, 10 articles were included. Patients with increased TSP-2 had shorter OS (HR = 1:64, 95% CI = 1:21-2.22); however, no difference was found in DFS between TSP-2 high and low groups (HR = 1:44, 95% CI = 0:28-7.33). Conclusions. TSP-2, as a diagnostic marker, has a high specificity but a moderate sensitivity. Meanwhile, it plays a role in predicting OS. Therefore, making TSP-2 a routine assay could be beneficial to high-risk individuals and patients with digestive malignances.

Abstract:Objective:The antigens as molecular markers of coagulation and fibrinolysis systems were measured in patients with malignant tumors in order to investigate their changes among the patients with acute leukemia(AL),malignant lymphoma(ML) and solid tumors.Methods:By enzyme-linked immunosorben assay(ELISA),4 plasma molecular markers of the coagulation and fibrinolysis systems were measured in 30 healthy volunteers and 47 cases of malignant tumors that included 27 patients with AL,in which 21 newly-diagnosed AL,6 relapsed cases,10 patients with ML and 10 patients with solid tumor.Their blood samples were taken from their veins at fasting in the morning,with anticoagulant of 3.8% sodium citrate.These molecular markers of coagulation and fibrinolytic system were as followings: tissue factor(TF),Thrombin——antithrombin complexes(TAT),tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA),plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1).Results:1.The levels of TF in 47 cases of malignant tumors were all significantly higher than that in control group,TF level in ML group was significantly higher than that in AL group;2.TAT levels in the group of AL,ML group and solid tumor group were all significantly higher than that in control group respectively;3.The levels of t-PA in 3 groups of malignant tumors were all significantly higher than that in control group,the solid tumor group was significantly higher than AL group.4.The PAI-1 levels in AL group or in solid tumor group were significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion:In patients with acute leukemia,lymphoma and solid tumor,there are the similar coagulation and fibrinolysis aberrancy that are predisposed to blood coagulation and inhibition of fibrinolysis.
