Abstract:This article systematically considers that automobile power assembly enterprises use logistics management technology under supply chain management environment to realize the integration of flow of business, material, information and capital. It puts forward the idea of product family and process specialization growing manufacturing in production mode, to improve the standard of logistics management, systematically consider supply logistics, production logistics, sales logistics and third-party logistics, recovery and discarding logistics, and realize the horizontal integrated management of logistics. Make full use of advanced technology like group technology to definite logistics design reasonably and ensure one flow and ordered production. Apply EDI and Internet/intranet network technology and electronic commercial business methods to reduce transaction expense, shorten transaction procedures and period time, and realize the integration of network technology and traditional economy. Businesses must often decide whether to purchase emergent technology in various states of maturity. Purchasing immature technology can have serious consequences for a business, but equally not purchasing new technology can invoke intangible opportunity losses that are equally costly in the long term. Businesses that don't upgrade their IT can go out of business, but upgrading every time can be equally disastrous.
