Abstract:To carry out the post-assessment is an effective means to enhance the level of lean dispatching of power grids. A novel post-assessment method of lean dispatching level is presented in this paper. The architecture and detailed function design of the post-assessment software are proposed. An ideal target dispatching scheme can be obtained by using the after-the-fact optimization based on the measured data of the operating day. Through a comparison between the actual dispatching scheme and the target dispatching scheme of the operating day, the overall level of the lean dispatching can be evaluated. Also, a series of strategies will be found and feedback to the planning and real-time dispatching business for a continuous improvement of the lean dispatching level. Furthermore, the key technologies of the lean dispatching level post-assessment are pointed out. The validity of the proposed method is verified by a case study of a real provincial power grid.
