Abstract:As the construction planning of infrastructure in rural areas are lack of sustainability point of view. At the same time, the flash floods, debris flow, earthquake and other kinds of natural disasters occurred frequently in our rural area, the life and the property security of country people are in dangerous, the rural infrastructure security have been in a serious threat. People to pay more attention to whether a country had systematic emergency management plan and advanced disaster prevention method. Since the 1960s, the rose of GIS system development, leading the method of use GIS on disaster decision making more flexible, more maturity. The corresponding system based on GIS to promote development in rural infrastructure in the geological disaster emergency management standard, was the result of inevitable development trend of digital technology. This paper puts forward the GIS and each stage of traditional emergency management mergerd, emphasize the core content is still the disaster prevention and mitigation, reasonable decorate rural. infrastructure, which can reduce the damage of disasters.
