Abstract:The project management maturity model (PMMM) is used for helping evaluation of management organization and improving the management level of project itself. Project management is very important for project leading enterprises; it gives the right direct of the development of construction enterprises. However, for their particular characters, the managements therein are more complicated and difficulty than ordinary project management. Thus the construction project management maturity evaluations are more important and more challenged. In this paper, we establish the system structure of construction project management maturity model (CPM3) and the idea of applying it according to the knowledge system and its character of construction project management. This will provide scientific theoretical foundations for the everlasting improvements of project management of construction enterprises in China.
