Abstract:The invention provides a manufacturing method for an individualized lip and tongue side orthodontic appliance. According to the manufacturing method, the individualized lip and tongue side orthodontic appliance is manufactured according to a lip and tongue side shape of teeth of a patient; a manufactured bracket is divided into two parts; one part is a bracket body of the bracket; the other part of the bracket is an individualized bracket bottom plate of the bracket. The bracket body of the bracket in the orthodontic appliance contains three-dimensional data (whole tooth axis inclined degree, whole tooth torque and whole tooth convexity) of countryman normal whole teeth (dental crowns and tooth roots) reference values. Meanwhile, the designed bracket bottom plate is completely fitted with a lip and tongue side face of the teeth and the bonding strength of the bottom plate and the lip and tongue side face is enhanced. According to the manufacturing method, the whole teeth can be moved to one accurate position to realize the controllable quantitative movement of the whole position of the teeth; the tooth roots are placed on an ideal position; the requirements of special crowd are met and the reoccurrence after the correction is reduced; the occurrence rate of complications including bone exposure, bone fracture and the like is avoided, and the balance and the stability of the orthodontic effect is realized.
