Abstract:The invention provides an application of Puer tea in preparing dugs for preventing oxidative stress caused by immunosenescence or other relevant disease thereof. The application of the Puer tea or an extractive thereof in preventing the oxidative stress caused by the immunosenescence comprises the following specific aspects: the Puer tea or the extractive thereof has an inhibitory function on endothedial damage of an aged organism caused by the oxidative stress, thus having the efficacy of preventing or delaying coronary heart diseases and cerebral apoplexy paroxysm of old people; the Puer tea or the extractive thereof inhibits the formation of atherosclerosis by inhibiting vascular endothelial cell damage caused by the aging oxidative stress, thus having the function of preventing or delaying the atherosclerosis of the old; and the Puer tea or the extractive thereof has an obvious effect of inhibiting cell damage and cell death which are caused by the aging oxidative stress, thus being capable of preventing or delaying the neurodegenerative diseases of the old.
