Abstract:The invention discloses a sudden-changing load energy absorption device of a shield propelling hydraulic system. The sudden-changing load energy absorption device of the shield propelling hydraulic system comprises a three-position four-way reversing valve, a two-position two-way reversing valve, two hydraulic control one-way valves, a sequence valve, an overflow valve, an energy accumulator and a hydraulic cylinder. According to the shield propelling hydraulic system, the energy accumulator is taken as an energy absorption and storage element and is used for absorbing and storing peak hydraulic pressure energy caused by outside sudden-changing load in the shield propelling process, and the stored energy can be used for the propelling hydraulic cylinder under a large-flow working condition during no-load quick return. Due to the adopted sudden-changing load energy absorption device, the pressure fluctuation of the propelling system under the sudden-changing load working condition is effectively inhibited, the steadiness of movement is effectively improved, and meanwhile, a relatively obvious energy saving effect is achieved. All the work of the sudden-changing load energy absorption device is controlled by use of system hydraulic oil so that a shield propelling electric control system can be simplified; as a result, the sudden-changing load energy absorption device is capable of well meeting the requirements of the actual working conditions of the propelling hydraulic system of a shield tunneling machine.
