Abstract:Shield is a kind of technology-concentrated heavy construction equipment dedicated for underground tunnel boring.Pipe piece installing machine is the important composition of a shield.It is responsible for installing pipe pieces onto the tunnel surface just bored to form a lining.In this way,a tunnel can be shaped by one path of TBM.In order to realize accurate positioning in pipe installation,electro-hydraulic proportional control technology has to be applied.A hydraulic control system that realizes 6 degree of freedom movements of the pipe piece and one holding movement is expatiated,which includes hydraulic control systems of the pipe piece installation machine in longitudinal,radial and circumferential directions,hydraulic control system for posture and hydraulic control system for holding.At the same time,model selection for key hydraulic parts,such as hydraulic pump and electro-hydraulic proportional valves,is analyzed.Field pipe installation test shows that the hydraulic control systems are rational and reliable and can fulfill the pipe installation project.Besides,the complete pipe installing is totally treated as a moving procedure in the design of hydraulic control systems so that not only is completely automatic control realized but also accurate positioning.All these provide reference for hydraulic drive control of different kind of shield pipe piece installation.
