Abstract:The invention discloses a piezoelectric ceramic-asphalt composite piezoelectric material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to a composite piezoelectric material and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the problem of a poor compatibility of the existing piezoelectric material with the asphalt pavement. The piezoelectric ceramic-asphalt composite piezoelectric material is prepared by asphalt, piezoelectric ceramic powder and an asphalt modifier. The method comprises the following steps of: I, preparing materials; II, pre-processing the piezoelectric ceramic powder; III, mixing the materials; and IV, forming and polishing, to obtain the piezoelectric ceramic-asphalt composite piezoelectric material. The piezoelectric ceramic-asphalt composite piezoelectric material disclosed by the invention has the advantages that I, the restriction on the type of the existing substrate material is broken through and a composite piezoelectric material which is used for collecting the mechanical energy of the pavement is prepared, so that the waste energy of the pavement is converted into the electric energy by the piezoelectric ceramic asphalt composite piezoelectric material; and II, an elastic modulus matched with the pavement is guaranteed, so that the degradation of the pavement material performance is not accelerated with the embedding of the piezoelectric material. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is mainly used for preparing the piezoelectric ceramic-asphalt composite piezoelectric material.
