Abstract:The invention discloses a multi-cathode electronic gun device which comprises a gun body and a cathode transformer. The multi-cathode electronic gun device is characterized in that the upper end of the inner wall of the gun body is provided with a cathode seat; the lower end of the inner wall of the gun body is provided with an anode seat; a central conducting cylinder, a front conducting cylinder and a rear conducting cylinder are arranged on the cathode seat; the central conducting cylinder is arranged between the front conducting cylinder and the rear conducting cylinder; lower ends of the central conducting cylinder and the front conducting cylinder are provided with front cathodes; the lower ends of the central conducting cylinder and the rear conducting cylinder are provided with rear cathodes; an anode is arranged on the anode seat; a front anode emergent beam hole and a rear anode emergent beam hole are respectively arranged on the anode seat and the anode in a corresponding mode; the front cathodes are corresponding to the front anode emergent beam hole; the rear cathodes are corresponding to the rear anode emergent beam hole; and the central conducting cylinder, the front conducting cylinder and the rear conducting cylinder are respectively connected to the cathode transformer. The multi-cathode electronic gun device has the advantages of being novel in structure, convenient to use, high in welding quality, high in working efficiency, extremely high in heating speed, extremely small in a heat affected zone, small in deformation, great in a welding depth ratio, long in service life and the like.
