A Review of Research on the Chinese Dream in China's Academic Circles

Abstract:Since 2012,the Chinese dream has become the common aspiration of the whole Chinese nation.Many theoretical workers have written articles and conducted fruitful discussions on such basic issues as the Chinese dream's connotations,its fundamental characteristics,its value for this era,measures for realizing it,etc.A relatively comprehensive research framework on the Chinese dream has taken shape.Moreover,some academics have expanded their exploration based on various perspectives and methods,producing a number of influential findings.In addition to reviewing and summarizing these findings,this article suggests expanding the study of the Chinese dream in four areas,with a view to advancing research on this subject.
