Abstract:The technical support of emerging formats in our country is still the mobile internet technology, the behind developmental logic is capital operation under the new technology.The multiplier effect of emerging formats is embodied and expanded, and bring the reconstruction of market power, market relations and social relations, which stimulates government to regulate the market network center, supplier, and buyer.In this regard, the government should take public interest oriented, regard market as a "stabilizer" and bring it into full play;set up the underscore consciousness, grasp the essential social relations behind emerging formats, and regulate these relations by laws and regulations;draw various lessons and strength, actually improve the ability of process supervision and post-mortem supervision, and cope with the development trend of network and information;grasp the trend of era,and develop social economy towards a tide of informatization and networking in a reasonable way.
