Abstract:The rural community of common destiny is the sublate of rural community of ethical.The dismemberment of traditional authority,and the weakening of local consciousness,and atomization of the individual,those constitute the concentrated representation of rural social transformation.Social transformation has seriously broken the traditional form of aggregation,that resulting in the disorder of the rural exchanges,and fragmentation of tissue morphology,and heterogeneity of values.The concept of shared development has positive significance for the development of rural community of common destiny,it also provides a new way for the construction of rural community of common destiny.Under the guidance of the concept of shared development,the construction of the rural community of common destiny must advance the following work: First of all,promoting the development of the basic level consultation and the social internalization of inclusive culture in the political and cultural level;Second,to ensure the balance of development and the effectiveness of public services in the economic development level;Finally,actively create the rural development model of cooperative governance in the governance of grass-roots.
