Abstract:The co-building 21st Century Maritime Silk Road is our national strategy,which is suitable to such realities as the profoundly adjusted international investment and trading pattern,slowly recovered world economy,and problems in the development of different countries,and such new trends of international cooperation as world multi-polarization,economic globalization and factor liberalization. It will bring unprecedented opportunities for related economic entities,and have profound impacts on global economy and politics. To better cope with changes in political environment,the imbalanced economic development,and other challenges,guarantee the fruit of construction of the Silk Road,and promote the mutual beneficial cooperation among Asian,European and African countries,we should adhere to the principle of peace and cooperation,openness and inclusiveness,and mutual benefit,change danger to safety,and build a community of shared interests,destiny and responsibility featuring mutual political trust,economic integration and cultural inclusiveness. First,we should respect the differences;second,we should give play to the role of market in improving the consciousness of public service;and third,we should formulate the overall plan of the Silk Road.
