Post-Modernist Reconstruting Relationship Between Teachers and Students in Colleges

Abstract:In relationship of teachers and students,the utilitarian colleges have many problems such as teachers short of justness,teachers moral declining,teachers weighing teaching and despising fostering,teacher-student relation being indifferent,teachers strengthening research and disregarding teaching,teaching formalism,tuition increasing,service disimproving and so forth.According to post-modernist concepts of irrationalism,contrary basis,contrary clou,and thinking much of otherness,pluralism,allowance,randomicity,colleges should set up cooperative,dialogue and equal teacher-student relationship so as to improve respect and sensation of teachers and students one another.
