Levi Strauss’s Theory of Myth Thinking

Abstract:In recent years,the myth of our country is more prosperous,the classical myth and the mod-ern folk myth has been deeply explored,but there are also shortcomings,mainly lies in the lack of our un-derstanding of the primitive thinking.Both British anthropology master Edward Tel’s theory and the French sociologist Levi Bruhl’s theory regard the original thinking as a naive,low-level way of thinking, and the primitive thinking and western philosophy as a representative of “rational thinking”oppose each other.Levi Strauss uses the “wild thinking”instead of “the original thought”,he believes that human thinking in essence is only one,but sometimes in a wild state.Sometimes in the domesticated state,the so-called “original thinking”,but the human mind is in the wild state.
