Abstract:On the basis of facts, the investigation report focuses on the issue of poverty alleviation among poor households through labor transfer, taking into account national conditions, province conditions and village conditions. In terms of national conditions:in 2015, General Secretary Xi emphasized that we should resolutely fight for poverty alleviation and development and speed up the economic and social development in ethnic areas. In terms of provincial conditions: in response to the call of the state, Qinghai Province studies and formulates the "Qinghai Provincial Action Plan for the Transfer Employment and Poverty Alleviation", and proposed that by the end of 2019, trying to achieve the transfer of employment of poor families 315,000 person (times), vocational skills training 82000 person (times) to ensure that at least 1 person from every poverty-stricken household with surplus labor force will be transferred and employed. Through the field survey and interviews with Gajiazhuang Village, it is not difficult to find that there is a certain relationship between employment and poverty in labor force Based on such a situation, it is necessary to realize the transfer of labor force from the poverty-stricken households in Gazhuang Village.
