An Analysis on International Differences and Influencing Factors of Using R & D of FDI Performance

Abstract:Based on DEA-Tobit model and the 2000~2010 panel data, this paper measured the 17 national R&D category FDI performance, and conducted empirical research on its influencing factors. It has concluded that:each country’s ability for absorption and utilization of R&D of FDI has been improved, technical level which is the main driving force to promote the progress of TFP growth;China uses R&D of FDI performance in 17 countries ranked No. 3, but the average study peri-od TFP is only 0. 998, lower than the average level of 1. 022, the TFP was average annual decline of 0. 2% decline mainly caused by scale efficiency change presents;there was a significant positive correlation between the degree of market open-ness and FDI performance category using R&D is a key factor affecting developed countries in the use of class FDI perform-ance.
