The Systems Thinking on the Innovation of China's Virtual Economic Organization in the Era of Globalization

Abstract:Virtual economic organization as a new model of cooperation emerged in the era of globalization. In creating the Chinese economy upgrade process,the development of the virtual economy organization of China is facing many challenges of the pressure of global energy conservation,domestic development strategy change and the adjustment of world economy.At the same time there exist constraints,for example:a moral hazard,internal integration in place,and their staff crisis, uneven regional development and other factors. Therefore,to encourage the innovation of the mode of operation of the eco-nomic organization,to strengthen the internal credit system of organization,to integrate the core competencies of virtual e-conomic organization and enhance the cultural soft power of virtual economy organization,are the ways of the development of the virtual economy organization of China in the era of globalization.
