Innovation-driven Development under the Circumstance of Globalization

Abstract:The paper argues that the implementation of Innovation-driven Development Strategy in new period should be put under the perspective of globalization, based on disclosing the representation and characteristics, as well as summarizing the rules and trends of innovation globalization. After the retrospect of historical experiences of China's reform and openness, as well as the integration into global innovation system, it argues that the Innovation-driven Development under circumstance of globalization requires the fundamental transformation on mindset, system and mechanism, and gives out concrete policy recommendations.
