Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Evaluation of think tank is an important way to enhance the working efifciency of the think tank. It can also help researchers understand the think tank developments. This article focuses on building a think-tank evaluation system. In this paper, the author uses explanation structure model to construct an evaluation index system of think-tank construction based on the quantitative analysis of the theoretical achievements of predecessors, domestic think tank research focus and the reality of the construction of the think-tank. It aims to evaluate on the construction, operation and performance of think tank. This paper has constructed the evaluation index system including ifve ifrst-level indicators, eighteen second-level indicators, forty third-level indicators and some fourth-level indicators.
